This website has a vast selection of blanks and great prices, but the time it takes to for their packages to actually be packed up and shipped off is quite slow. Also, the shirts were stuffed into a poly mailer bag and packed in like a snowball leaving the shirts with deep creases I had to iron out.

I've ordered from Jiffy multiple times and service is always excellent. This time, my shirts arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order and everything was included. I am a repeat customer and will continue purchasing from Jiffy in the future.

Ordered 19 items. Arrived quickly! One error in a size and one shirt color not as expected. Remedied easily and quickly. Will definitely use again!

Read the above comments. It says all. That is why I do not like to do surveys. You asked the same questions in a different way.if you ant answers limit the number of question. Stopped being redundant

Overall in the end I was very happy with my experience and customer service with jiffy I will say it was very frustrating in the beginning to deal with AI chat as they continued to go round and round in circles with me I tried to contact a person but that was impossible even via email I struggled with getting communication that communication that I did get they were not understanding my question I was not able to speak to a person and so they reshipped my order incorrectly twice until I finally via email begged them to not ship it again and to just give me credit so I could reorder it. I was appreciative that they stood behind their product but it was a frustrating experience dealing with the AI chat and not a person

Jiffy may slightly higher than another company that I've used but any time that I may have had an issue, Jiffy always came through and corrected the problem. I don't mind paying extra for quality.
