Colors were off, white lines around images, packaging was bad. Jiffy should definitely stick to selling apparel or print dtf in house. Outsourcing is going to ruin their reputation along with the fact that they dont respond to customers. I have sent emails and had 3 customer service tickets still no response.
My transfers came as ordered. My shirts as needed. The transfers adhered perfectly! My niece is going to have a great 1st birthday!
I was blowing so much money with TransExpress always getting shot down about the dimensions of my products for the price. With Jiffy I've never had a problem and the prices are PHENOMENAL.

From creating the shirts it was very simple. (I ain't no IT tech either) From getting the product discounted due to group quantity it was calculated at check out. I was blown away from the delivery time it almost can be compared to Amazon. I have and will continue to recommend this company. Planning a family reunion and all the hectic that comes with it this made my job a whole lot easier.
Online purchase great but less than 24 hrs error notice need to work on this as we are all humans so things can happen if you can provide the customer with a 24 hr error clean up before printing that would be helpful. I needed 3 shirt sizes changed and tried to email, put a request online speak with a representative and still no great response. I did get an order 10% coupon but forgot to use it. Besides I am very pleased with your company and will definitely recommend.
