I order shirts for an order and they were all good quality. The price was good and I received my order quickly.
I have ordered from this company twice because they were recommend from a fellow business friend. The first order I received two transfers with out the background being removed even though all the other ones were done correctly. I contacted customer service and they had the corrected items sent out the next day. The second time I ordered, the product was damaged in shipping. This of course was not the fault of them but of the mail service damaging the box and puncturing the transfers. After sending pictures of the box and the items they quickly fixed the issue. The customer service makes me give them a five star. Thank you for being so easy to work with even though their have bumps along the way.
I have been ordering from Jiffy for a little over a year now and never had an issue. My order always arrives early or on time with no discrepancies. My last order did have a discrepancy in one of the t-shirt sizes. I contacted the support team, and a replacement was sent to me within 48 hours. I was able to meet the timeline I had for my business, and I really appreciate the great customer service provided. I absolutely recommend Jiffy.

Every time we order from Jiffy, the quality is phenomenal! We had been using Jiffy for DTF heat transfers and apparel blanks prior to the introduction of Jiffy Made. Now that we can have them do the leg work, at an unbeatable price for unlimited colors, we use them for all of our orders! We have done 5 orders of 100+ shirts, and every one is accurate and high quality!
Easy process to order. Shirts looked great. I did ask and pay for it to be perfected and bigger but that didn't happen they still looked good

I love using Jiffy and have used them for over 15 years. Always have great service and it's FAST! I recommend Jiffy all the time.
I wasted 3+ hours trying to place an order for transfers. The website kept crashing I'm assuming because it had too many items I was purchasing… which was 60ish. I finally had to split my order into 3 different ones so that it would go through. I tried to chat with someone but the robot chat wouldn't ever send me through to a real person. I love jiffy prints, but their website capabilities are awful!
So my wife and I are trying to start a t-shirt company... we rely heavily on jiffy print... Unfortunately instead of just having one level of quality... they have varying levels of quality! And if you buy anything other than top-notch quality... you get a product... that is... to say the least... SUBPAR... and even if you pay the full premium for the top quality... it does not guarantee that what you get THE QUALITY THAT YOU PAY FOR... for at least the fifth time... we have placed orders trying to meet deadlines... only to receive prints that were screwed up and unable to put on a shirt... Again this has happened time and again I can't believe that a company would have any level of quality other than just "good"... We have errors on almost every order and when we try to talk to somebody within the company it is a tag back and forth of emails and we can basically speak to no one... In turn... we have been given a few credits for future service but in all reality we just need the quality to be good the first time... PLEASE... WE HAVE AMERICAN FLAGS WITH BLACK SPLOTCHES... WE HAVE NAMES AND NUMBERS FOR SOFTBALL SHIRTS THAT ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME SIZE... AGAIN... WHY DO YOU HAVE VARYING LEVELS OF QUALITY? WE PAY FOR PREMIUM AND STILL GET POOR QUALITY... There will come a day when we phase jiffy out of our process... Can't wait
Specifically on three items we have a Max lemon decal that is going on t-shirts out of several prints every single one of them had a defect... A morel mushroom that had the company name CJBUBZ at the bottom was completely missing... And a Tyrese haliburton doing the choke symbol had green teeth for whatever reason? I don't like being that guy that complains but two out of three orders the quality has been so bad we have had to try to seek the order being redone... We appreciate the work you do but the inability to be able to talk to anybody when we do have issues and the quality combined has us ready to seek another company to provide these services. Again I spent hours on a digital sketch pad drawing a logo for a business only to receive it back from jiffy prints and lots of straight edges where it was supposed to have been curves... When it comes to transferring artwork... detail is of the utmost importance I would think... Long story short the quality is subpar and the inability to talk to anybody makes for a very unpleasant experience when you do have issues

I love using jiffy shirts. So many options and colors available. I HATE that you use DHL for shipping, though. Those delivery drivers are idiots and my shirts are never delivered correctly the first, and sometimes second times. Please PLEASE use ANYONE but DHL. They suck. It's really not hard. But jiffy is great! I'll continue to use this site for all my crafting needs!
I used the printing service to send a friend a shirt while he was out of state. The print came out great and he received it very fast. Jiffy is always my go-to.
