I had an issue with an order and the reply was quick and they were eager to make it right. A store credit was given so I was a me to replace the item.

I purchased a transfer which needed to be on a 60 /40 t shirt. I purchased an extra small. Very happy with color and fit.

3 out of 4 items correct. 4th item completely wrong in size style and color. It's like whoever packaged it must have thought it was funny. I didn't laugh. Money refunded for item but I'd prefer the order was correct to begin with.

Blown away by the quality. Got these to make koozies for a party. Easy to use - and i only had an iron. I was going to use iron on paper originally, but wanted to ensure what i was making was good quality. Definitely made the right choice and would use again.

First time ordering DTF transfers and am happy with them. I usually order tshirts and am always happy with them also.

Terrible first experience. I ordered a logo for my wedding for koozies ( red and white)… they sent me not once but twice just the red with no white ink. Awful Customer service with pre written out responses. I was told " I would hear back" it's been 2 weeks. Still nothing. They sent a refund which okay great. But I did not want a refund, I needed the product! I even asked if I should just change the colors to have it "printed right" again it was just a pre written response! Would not recommend if you need anything with white on it.

Shirts arrived quickly and in order. The iron ons were perfect and just what I needed to make something perfect.

Jiffy is very reliable when I place an order, and most times the order is delivered early.

I ordered transfers but when received they were not as I requested. The outlined color was missing. I called customer service and they gave me a credit, told me what specifics to include and I received them in two days.

Lately it's been a lot of confusion and mess ups with my orders. I love jiffy but lately I've been very disappointed

The shirts are rarely folded and the itemized listed is almost always crumpled or dirty, one time i didn't even get the list. We like the prodded just not how they seem to be handled.
