So the ordering was easy, the shipping, the wait time, it was great except two of my images were misprinted and one was warped. But Jiffy's customer service team was swift and very quick with fixing the issue, within 24 hours they had already sent out new prints and followed up for satisfaction.

I've been a highly satisfied Jiffy customer for several years. The quality of the products and especially the excellent customer service is what keeps me coming back. I experienced my first minor order issue last week and I can't say enough good things about how professionally I was treated as a customer and how quickly the issue was resolved. I gave Jiffy a chance with their iron-on transfers. When they came in, they were pink. They were supposed to be gray. I submitted a claim, and within days, I had new product at my door. While I didn't get a response directly from anyone, just new transfers, they are exactly what I ordered. They look great, too!
