I ordered classroom shirts and everything came out perfect. For one of the orders I did add the extra cost to have them edit my design and it came out just as I requested. The ordering process was very simple and the cost to have them print and apply the design was very reasonable. I ordered the shirts on a Friday night, and they arrived by Tuesday. I will definitely use them again in the future for next year's class order!
Amazing by everything, have had two (out of MANY) items with small defects. A replacement item was shipped THE SAME DAY!

I had a difficult time speaking to a live agent, which was odd because I have always been able to get ahold of someone. I emailed customer service and let them know of the issue I was having with trying to submit my order and they more than made everything fair and worked out my problem. Jiffy has always taken care of me and has always been able to give me advice when I have had a hard time picking out the right shirt or if I had problems uploading a design. Their customer service has been very helpful and the quality of their shirts and DTF's are excellent. I hope that this continues because I want to keep using their service. Thanks for being great!
I loved the final image that the team edited for me. The sparkly image was exactly what I hoped it would be. Despite following all of the directions to a T, some of the decals were very tricky to have adhere to the shirts and/or remove from the backing. Ultimately, they all stuck pretty well though.
