I have been ordering from Jiffy for over a year and have always had fast service. There was one time last year when part of my order was missing. They were very apologetic for the error and shipped the missing pieces instantly; it arrived 2 days letter. It did not effect my production at all; I was impressed with their integrity.
I had never heard of jiffy before I ordered and I was nervous. It was such fast delivery and great customer service. Efficient and effective. Definitely made a loyal customer from me.

Shirts were expected to be delivered no later than Friday. They weren't. Tracking said they had been received in my town in Kentucky, but were then sent to Columbus OH. Had no expected arrival date. Eventually showed up on Tuesday, but USPS delivered to wrong house. Had to track down the package. The delay was in no way the fault of Jiffy, but they refunded the shipping cost. Jiffy is a great company to do business with! By the way, I didn't notice Jiffy about this, they sent an email asking how everything went with the order. So, I told them.
I've recently order blank items and custom decorated items. The quality of the direct to film transfers placed on the hoodies and t-shirts came great; however, I've had 3 white hoodies come back with black marks/stains on the hoods and back. This tells me there is not very good quality control on the customization process to ensure the items shipped are free from damage. I've had to place replacement orders and that just slows down my turn around time. Wishing there was better quality control because the products have been overall really good and the original ship times are fast for custom items.
I buy a handful of shirts each season. I really appreciate the number and quality of colors on the Belle + Canvas shirts (90+ options). I also appreciate being able to buy individual shirts.

I have placed several orders with Jiffy and their customer service is beyond amazing! I have looked around and have not found better prices or attention to the customer. They offer quality products, they stand behind their products and they don't mess around when it comes to getting my order out the door! I love that! I ordered just one piece from another company to see how they did. It has been more than a week and the item has yet to ship. I will stick with Jiffy!
I will continue to use Jiffy as long as they continue to ship quickly and deliver quality. So far it's a win-win!

The DTF transfers were amazing. This is my 2nd purchase. The art work was as I uploaded and the upscaled provided by Jiffy offered and amazing print. The transfer is of good quality and easy to work with JUST PRESS, COOL, and REVEAL.
