I have used Jiffy multiple times. Over all the current options for ordering DTF's, it is, by far, the most "user friendly" app. I am a loyal customer even when there has been, on occasion, an error, Jiffy has 100% made right by each of them. I prefer Jiffy over other platforms. I don't love that there is not a business line to call, but Jiffy does respond to emails rather quickly. My advice to users would be to allot enough time when ordering so that, in the event there is a possible error, there is enough time to rectify it and receive it again, before any due dates of projects.
I submitted an order and got a receipt and order number, said it would be delivered the 10th, never received order and tried tot rack it and they never processed it, tried to get help and never heard anything again, it still shows in my orders and was unable to cancle order.
I really like the quality of the stickers, the easy purchase and the fast delivery.

I paid additional for next day delivery and I still have not received any update on the status of my order except it was completed.
