I have placed both orders for prints and blanks and everything has been fast and quality. Customer service is great for issues too.
I have tried 3 different credit cards; all have been declined - there is nothing wrong on my side. This is a joke, awful customer service - not phone number to call on your end. I tried all of the cards at least 4x - then tried apple pay same problem, then went through Venmo. 20-30 minutes I will never get back! In addition to this, downloading the material too hrs. Not sure why that is, I have NEVER had this kind of problem with this site before.
This was a reorder of something I just ordered last month. I wanted everything to be easy to reorder. I feel that it is more difficult to use the transfer application now that it has 4 different levels of editing, especially when you are just trying to reorder a few of your designs that are loaded. All of the past ones I have used were trying to load and it was taking a very long time.
Once I found what I wanted, I ordered and the shipment came fairly quickly. I expected them the day before they came, but they were shipped to me in good time. Shirts are perfect for tie dying and good quality! Warm medium think hoodies!
Some problems at checkout not allowing me to put in my payment information had to switch screens a few times to finish purchase because of it.
Shipping has always been good, most stuff comes in as described. Quality has varied. I've had some stuff work out pretty well (shirt dtfs), and then other items like dtf stickers that have just absolutely peeled apart and degraded within months. I keep coming back because I don't really have an alternative for blanks. I've considered ninja for prints
Shopping is relatively easy but I've had multiple mess ups on orders. Case and point, I just received an order where I paid EXTRA to have the DTF UV stickers cut, which should be per design, but I had one of my designs cut up by paying for this. The 12x18 design was cut along all non-background edges. Getting harder and harder to keep coming back
Although the products have not been 100%, the customer service certainly is.

Everytime I order something, it is always correct and ALWAYS comes in a timely manner. You guys have great prices but the shipping is kind of crazy but I know that is something the company can't help.
A few weeks ago I had an issue with my order where it was late, then canceled and no way to get a response or speak with a person on the spot. I opened a ticket and within 24 hours received a call from an agent and helped me solve all my issues. Overall I love the company, good prices and reliable shipping. I Love the speed of delivery. One suggestion I have is if a shirt order and transfer order could be charged under the same shipping. As it stands right now if I place an order for transfer and shirts differed shipping is charge. Which ends up costing more if I'm trying to achieve free shipping.
I am disappointed that the transfers and apparel have 2 different shipping costs. Ordering from the same company there should only be one shipping charge if I'm placing the order simultaneously.
