HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WEBSITE! Do not order from this website! Tried to order customized ring, right after I realized it was not what I was looking for so I decided to cancel, There is no option for canceling the order even right after it was placed. I reached out to customer service the next morning because they were closed at the time of the order. They told me that I cannot cancel without a high cancelation fee after 2 hours of order being placed. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CLOSED WITHIN THE TWO HOUR WINDOW SO HOW DOES THAT WORK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE POLICIES HORRIBLE QUALITY.
Absolutely in love! I was weary of this ring because of the low price and just knew it would look cheap. Oh, I was so wrong! This ring looks like the real deal. It's lightweight, shines and fits true to size. I've literally seen rings just like this for well over $2500! It's a beauty! And a steal!
