I ordered from this site on 11/25/16. And I still have not received my order. When I check the tracking number, it reports that it's still preparing to ship... really?! I've sent multiple emails and both were responded to days later, asking to verify my address. Seriously?! I filled out the shipping info and haven't moved, so why do I have to keep verifying it?! I'm concerned that this site is a hoax. At this point I have nothing good to say.
I ordered my ring on Friday and received on Wednesday engraved and all my ring is beautiful, I'm in love I will be ordering again and I will tell everyone about this site thanks Jeulia!
The free shipping is great but the long wait ain't! The yellow stone was ok but I thought the silver sun rays around it would have looked better if they were gold vermeil.

Purchased my ring and one of the stones fell out within the first couple weeks. Got in touch with Jeulia to which they told me to send it back and they will replace it, but I had to pay for shipping. So ok I sent it back on my dime. Got the new ring and the first time I wore it the stone fell out again. Got in touch with them again and they told me to pay for shipping again and they would fix the ring or I could pick a new ring. So I picked a new ring which was about $20 more exspensive to which they told me I had to pay the difference and pay to have the ring shipped back to them again and then they would send me a new ring?!?! Pardon me? It's not my fault the stone fell out of both rings within the first couple days/weeks of having them in my possession. Told them I was not happy with that I would keep the ring with the missing stone and never shop with them again, and let everyone know what kind of customer service they have...

I ordered a ring back in November! Yes I received my ring 4 or 5 weeks later! I was very unhappy with the quality of the ring along with how it looked on my finger! I sent several emails even with pictures showing original packaging and that the tag was still on the ring! After 5 emails I'm still waiting for a return authorization! This is so frustrating! Now the 30 day return policy has expired!

This is my second review of Jeulia. Got an answer from Jeulia how sorry they were gave me an address and phone number, post office says address is invalid phone doesn't work. WHERE do I go from here how hard is it to simply exchange a ring. All consumers be aware of this company.

Ordered a ring on 12/22, put in an extra $20 on expedited shipping, said it's gonna be here in four working days; IT'S BEEN WEEKS and I still haven't got it yet. Tried to call, tried livechat, tried email, the only thing I got back was some occasional email responses asking me do I still want my engraving service, other than that I simply just COULDN'T REACH THEM. In my first email I told them I need to cancel my engraving, second email they still asked do I $#*!ing want to add engraving service. They obviously didn't notice I had that already, and they IGNORED MY EMAILS. Now I need to take it to Paypal and my bank to cancel the payment. So sad when you're broke af and try to be romantic. Online shopping doesn't suck, Jeulia does.

I am trying to return my ring for a smaller size. No invoice was included in the package I received. I emailed the first time and they wanted to know what size ring I ordered even though I provided them with the order number. Have sent two more emails and no response. Also, I have called their number twice and both time I've been told the lines are busy, please call back later and then get disconnected. I will not buy from this company again due to poor customer service.

I have bought twice from Jeulia n and very satisfied withe the rings that I received. However, I would like to bring the attention to the packaging. My 1st parcel when received, all rings are in their slot inside the ring box, wrapped in class. Whereas 2nd time my parcel came, all my rings are jus placed inside the box wif the size tag inside (not tag on the rings n sticker sticks to internal box). Looks so messy. Not jus 1 ring but all 6 rings are packed like tat. Maybe Jeulia shd look into this. Package is everything in retail. Haphazard packing up jus shows they are cheap stuffs. Jus my tots. Thanks
I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and I am unable to wear my given wedding set of rings any longer. I saw Jeulia rings and was skeptical of the quality at the price but ordered anyway. I am VERY happy with the rings plus they were delivered in less than 5 days which when you consider I live in Australia is unbelieveable... except it is true!
Ring was beautiful but the main gemstone came cracked. I purchased my ring before my proposal and they wouldn't exchange it for a different size or offer sizing when it didn't fit.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
