I spent about 4 months looking for a ring for my fiances, and Jeulia worked very patient with me. They answered all my questions and helped me design the ring as my wish, also, they actually beat the competition's price that I saw another similar design at local store. Definitely recommend, plus my moissanite came to with its certification card, always a plus.

This company should not be allowed to exist. Save yourself from the absolute disappoint, frustration and waste of time buying anything from this place. As for quality, you are better buying some tin foil and shaping into a circular shape and wearing it as a ring than buying anything from here. They use false advertising when it comes to free shipping and returns. The return policy is the most absurd, complicated, time consuming and complete disregard for the customers concerns. My item was never worn, all tags still completely intact - I literally opened my purchase ( a skull ring) which was a week later than estimated, looked at it and within 1 minute started the return request. FINALLY, after 18 emails later of dealing with a condensing employee who continued to try to get me to accept a store credit, $25 of shipping cost + restocking fees I had to pay and an additional 2 weeks of the return being processed - I am done. I waited to write this review until the process was finalized. This place doesn't deserve to be open and I hope goes bankrupt or gets sued for the abysmal business and service they provide.

My fiancee paid $150 for this ring and it is a complete ripoff. He can't return it because he had it engraved, the size is not a size 5 like we ordered, it's too big, and it feels like plastic. Can't resize it because he proposed past the 30 day mark. There's 0 weight to it and when you tap on it the jeulia stone feels like my daughter's dress up jewelry. The silver feels nothing like the other real silver jewelry I have. It's light and feels like cheap plastic. My fiancee got completely ripped out of his money and there's no way to get it back because their policies protect them to be able to give out this trash. We're both super disappointed. Now have to look for a new ring. I loved the look of the design, it's just made with not good materials...

This is our third purchase from Jeulia and we both have been happy and very satisfied with all our purchases. I love to browse through their site to see what's new and I love the amount of choices to choose from. The ease of making a purchase is so simple I had no trouble at all. Their customer service is amazing, so friendly when I had questions of engraving. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost if you request the refund. But we must humbly disagree with the facts you’ve presented about the refund. Per our records, you requested the return for refund on Aug 9 and our colleague sent you the return instructions on Aug 10, then the refund was transferred to your original account on Aug 14 after we received your returned package. As for the amount, you original paid $100 for the skull ring, the shipping cost we deducted was $9.9, so you got the refund $90.1, you can figure out the amount you finally received in the refund confirmation email.
