Just like all the others here I got taken by the total crooks! I ordered a Chicago Bears Jersey for my wife in a Women's Large size, they sent a Child's Large! Then expected me to pay for return shipping to China! Fortunately I used PayPal and my VISA card for the purchase and was able to get a refund, but what I thought was going to be a nice Christmas gift turned into a month long hassle! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMERS! Spend the money at the retail stores or the on-line sites like NFL Shop.

I truly wished i had read the reviews about Fanzoutlet before i placed my order. I ordered 3 items all size 2x in Nov. 2018 for my husband for Xmas, all 3 did arrive. However 1 of the jerseys fits more like a mens large and not a 2x & i asked to return the item for a refund. After many emails i sent their customer service i finally received a response that was worded as follows "I am sorry for the troubles. As the question you asked, after discussion we have this idea: Keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you. Thanks" What kind of business words an email like this, let alone suggests I buy another jersey for 10% off, now i have paid for 2 items I dont want. This company is a

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a Mitchell and Ness jersey and received a Nike one. Not only that, it was the wrong size and not even the genuine article. It also took them almost a month to send it, giving ridiculous excuses like the warehouse is too hot which causes delays. They were quick to take payment (literally within minutes), but will not agree to refund the full amount, instead offering to refund a % and telling me to keep the item. Judging by all the reviews, I don't like my chances of actually getting a refund, and will have to leave it with my bank to pursue. Absolute joke!

I was attempting to place an order at, Authenticredwings.com, just to see if they were actual scammers. They stole $280 from a friend of mine in the States.
They continued to declined my card, 6 times to be exact. Then I read there contact info and here is nothing but "send us your email" Their verbiage is ghetto in their description and they are cutting and pasting rules, delivery info, and legal verbiage from other reputable web sites.
I have canceled my bank info which you can do all day long and put a block on their websites and names, and luckily gave them a false address just to test the site.
I have also sent a complaint to the American BBB and authorities.
I actually live in Europe and heard that they were scammers after they stole from my friend.
Soon they will be tracked and caught.

First they overcharged my card. Then it took over 5 weeks to get the jersey I ordered. I ordered a white Adidas Gordon Hayward Celtics jersey in Medium. They sent me a Large Nike Jersey and the collar of the jersey was pink and white, not green and white. I sent pictures and said I wanted a refund. They want me to buy another jersey instead! They wont refund my money or send me a return label to ship it back. Bought under the website authenticcelticstore.com. They operate dozens of these sites and are based in China.

I feel so taken advantage of from this company... I ordered 3 jersey from this company what a mistake or product and no refund. They took my money within maybe 2 hours after the order. I had a bad feeling at that point. Boy was I right I have been emailing them for almost 3 weeks 1st they said they already shipped them so they couldn't cancel my order. I waited 3 days for it to track but no info. It's been back and forth since then.No refund no package and no tracking info. Calling my bank next...

Placed order and all was well. Nice product decent prices. Tracked shipment said was delivered but never was. Contacted usps, (the only option for shipping) said package was misdelivered to wrong address. Contacted seller to assist in getting package delivered correctly and was told they shipped to right address and it's up to me to track it down. Very poor customer service. Would gladly pay double for service from company that cares about customers.

I ordered from a website FootballFanatics. One I have ordered from before without problems... unfortunately they use a seller, jeresysupplyoutlet and this is in China. Things the website does not information you of. Immediately after my purchase my card info was stolen and used to buy automotive parts in China. As with other I emailed this site with no response. Now I have a cancelled card and no way to pay my bills. DO NOT BUY. LEAVE THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY!
