I bought an Infinix X3 43-inch and the extended warranty (Complete protection), A fault was found in 1 year, and they neglected to provide repair/replacement. Said "Air bubble is not covered under the complete protection. I tried to contact them several times. They replied the same way: Greetings from Jeeves!

I had taken realme tv and protection plan from jeeves, after a year I got horizontal line in my tv, then I complained jeeves they picked my tv and after a month they are denying to give the service making several calls and they are not acting.
This frade company after taking service they speak ing wroughly
And vulgar language Hyderabad branch manager he was very horrible person there is no respect they don't have how to speak customers
