Waited 3 weeks just for them to send the part to me because it had to be "programmed". Once I received the part I was informed by my mechanic that the part wasn't even programmed to my VIN number. That's when I realized I was NEVER even asked my VIN number while supposedly "programming". Also my part was missing a sensor that's supposed to be on it. I would never buy from this site! Part was $630 and labor was $1,000. I've spent more money on getting the missing sensor and getting it ACTUALLY programmed. Spent an extra $1,000 on a car rental to get to work because Jcarpart is the reason my car is still in shop! HALF $#*! WORK! Don't waste your money. I'm warning you!

Received a damaged part that didn't fit. Instead of honoring their refund policy, they kept changing offers (10%, 30%, 40%, 60%, 70%) and never refunded me. Classic bait-and-switch don't trust them.

Clock spring did not pass the steering wheel radio controls and Customer service wanted me to disassemble the car again to let them know what the part number was on the original part to refund the purchase. If that is the requirement for a return it should have also been the requirement to make the purchase to start with! You list it to work for a vehicle make and model on the purchase it should work, it is not my responsibility to manage your part fitment for you. To others, mail the part back any way and follow up with your credit card company to refund your cost. Also, cheap Chinese garbage parts, the original part has 3 mounting screw holes, the replacement garbage only had one! Be warned!

No customer service whatsoever! The phone numbers on their site are not even real phone numbers (too many digits) in one case, and the other phone number listed with New York prefix is never answered and has a recording stating, " We're sorry your call cannot be completed." then hangs up. I emailed them asking for a phone number and was never provided one. You can only email them, and any response you get will come to you in the middle of the morning, which leads me to believe that they work and operate from overseas. I was dealing with their "return department," if you want to call it that, via email about a car part that would not, could not, fit my vehicle, even though it was listed as a model that was applicable. I have written them 5 times and complied with their requests to send photos, VINs, etc. Now, I'm being ghosted as though I do not exist. I now realize I have no chance of getting my money back with this company. This issue is forcing me to file with Consumer Protection Divisions of the Attorney General Offices of New York and California, where the warehouse is, since I have no idea where their customer service department is located. Any positive reviews you read about concerning their "great customer service" has to be AI generated because this company DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be wary of dealing with them.

They sent me the wrong car part. I have given them videos and pics exactly what they have asked for and now they don't want to reach back out to let me no that my refund will be excepted. Not only that. Every phone number they have on there web site is a fake number. So you can't reach out to them.

Exhaust system I ordered wasn't the right one contacted them thru email I keep getting a run around. They don't want to refund me all they keep asking for a week now they need my vin number no I don't think so they did t even ask for it when I made the order. They wanted pictures I sent them pictures all a big scam I think. Also the parts are very cheaply made probably won't last up to a year and that's stretching it. So disgusted. How much clearer can I make these pictures to describe what's wrong with them that they just don't understand. I'm gonna turn them into bbb

Purchase a water pump and it fail in 5 months, report to the company they ask VIN number and part number of OEM, that I don't have it as it been replaced with their part
After I provide them VIN they not responding to me anymore

Hasn't replied to any of my emails regarding my order. No tracking available. Nothing.

They last me only 3 months... they talk me to ship the parts back for refund... i paid $30 now they dissapear NO RESPON... NOTHING ZERO... see pictures... DONT BUY... ALSO CHECK MY FEEDBACK FROM FEBRUARY

Bought a carburetor instantly from installing and cranked the engine it seaped out fuel from the seals. They're doing everything not to refund my money they want me to tear the part down everytime I show then the issue they bring something else up. Ridiculous company they'll do anything to steal your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I ordered an Egr valve for my Sprinter van.
I got the part and paid around $150.
After I installed the valve it just worked 3 days and then fell apart in the engine.
Contacted them with some pictures and after some back and force finally they refused to send another part.
They don't trust you why should you trust them and their fake products.

I ordered a valve body from j car part the day I got it I was excited to finally get my transmission in my truck fixed I did get the part but it was not as advertised they said I would be getting a remanufactured valve body and they sent me something that look3d like itbwas ripped carelessly out of another vehicle and shipped without even wiping it down. The biggest problem was there was damage around the seals l. I couldn't put that backing my vehicle and my vehicle is still all torn apart in my driveway. I contacted them via email and told them what I got and sent them pictures. Told them i wanted to start the return process and they just keep ask8ng me year make and model of my vehicle. They don't need that information if all I'm doing is a return and thatbis all I keep getting back as a response i am out 300 dollars and even worse my truck is sitting in my driveway in peices and can't afford to buy another one. I would not purchace another thing from this company EVER. They are out of Hong Kong and the part came from chino California. I learned my lesson here. And as many parts as I do buy online they have lost a lot of business!

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered timing chain set by the OEM part numbers on there site. I received the parts they will not fit the car. I have sent pictures of proof and they said they will only return 15% and I will have to resale them on my own. Return police is terrible.

The parts I bought were so poorly made they did not fit at all. The plugs were made completely wrong. When I tried to get a refund they offered a 20% discount. I can;t use the parts at all so they basically stole from me.

Got my part in they sent the wrong size emailed for a return label for them to respond back offering 20% refund! Absolutely not! Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered parts they arrive 4/9/24 after I paid they sent me a notification for 4/11/24 it's 4/12/24 still no part's and they won't get back to me. There crooked as hell don't buy from them if you want a part.
