Bought a Mother's Marquise-Cut 5 gemstone ring for anniversary Sept 2022 off the website. By Feb 2023 2 of the stones had fallen out. Contacted Jared support in May to finally get it fixed, being told because I did not bring it in for 6 month "inspection" it would cost money to repair. Waste of $700. Need to bring it into a physical store for a 30 min inspection just to be told how much it will cost me. Don't waste your time or money, find a jeweler who will stand behind their products and make things right when they fail so quickly.
Ring is perfect! I'm wearing it stacked with plain gold bands and it fits in beautifully. And it arrived ahead of schedule too! Thanks!

I got a ring from my husband, just about a week ago when he proposed to me. The worst thing happened to me! I was taking a walk, when all of a sudden, I trip and fall onto the ground! The diamond must have popped out, because I remember going back to my house and having no diamond on my ring!
