I had asked Theodore Jannetty to deactivate the anti-starting of a ford 4,6l 3V BVA 2010 engine, he sent me 3 melodies via email.
Nothing worked, I doubted everything, got annoyed with the electrical wiring supplier Ron Francis and spent money again buying a second PCM.
As a last resort, I contacted another programmer in the US, who deactivated the PATHS and now the motor works.
After making a claim, Theodore Jannetty won't refund the $525.
Avoid PATHS.

Having known Ted and his crew for many years, I felt very comfortable with having them Dyno Tune my latest project, a heavily modified Dodge Viper. As is usually the case, Ted was excellent to work with; accommodating and full of helpful knowledge and info to optimize my Viper. The drivability and power is now on point and I attribute that exclusively to Teds expertise and knowledge base. Over the years I have consistently found the Jannetty Racing crew to be experts in the performance industry and this time was no different!

After reading several posts on forums and see that Jannetty had done some work with the Kraftwerks SC that I bought for my Gen5 Camaro, I decided to go with them for a mail away tune.

1st issue: So I emailed for a quote, gave all of the info he asked for. Got a quote, when I went to pull the trigger on it my price jumped over $150 from my original quote (have the email chain to prove it)

2nd issue: We had some challenges with what he said was a possible vacuum leak and after months of trying to figure it out he suggested I take it to a friend of his in S Florida at Redline Motorsports. So i made a 200 mile trek to get this looked at. I dropped off my car and while it was there, I was told there was no leak. I contacted Jannetty and had no response for days while my car sat... the shop owner though was able to speak with him and I was about to trek another 200 miles back home in a car that was still not running right.

I ended up having the shop tune the car since my tuner was MIA (again though he'd spoken to his friend) and spent more $ on now a second tune despite the 1st not being finished.

3rd Issue: I contacted Jannetty about a refund for services not rendered and his response was that I gave another shop access to proprietary info (his tune). He sent me to this shop and then ghosted me.

Thanks to this experience I will NEVER do a mail away tune again.

Pity that i cant review 0, they are just group, who try get your money, i asked many times, they dont responded, i ordered watch in 5th of august, bad experience! My first... dont buy anything, u can see live chat, many "pleased"customers like me, many hours waiting, then they advised customers support centre, then u expect execuses, then nothing, u lost the money... another please, i cant believe that companies like they are still here...
