It was once better than its predecessors, but nowadays it is heavily let down by a lot of technical problems. It's one of the most glitching paid AI platforms. They want you to pay for subscription, but really if you're ready to pay for a service like this GoLovAI.com
Is beyond comparison: it functions way better in technical terms. As for content, the characters are more diverse - it's impossible to get bored there. Another pet peeve about Janitor AI is that characters (personas) often vanish into thin air after those technical glitches and you have to start from scratch every time. To put it softly there is a lot of space for improvement and now I don't see what is there worth paying for.
