Returning it cost more than half the original product cost. If you're doing a international purchase BE SURE IT FITS AND YOU REALLY WANT IT.
They took my money and accepted my order. Then emailed to say unless I sent a bank transfer within 72 hours for the same amount they would mark me as fraudulent on their system. All this because I live in one location and requested delivery to my parents house in another. I don't quite understand why they would take the money in the first instance then declare me a fraud! They still have not returned my money, ignore my emais and seem not to give a damn about insulting customers with accusations, retaining funds and not providing products. I loved some of the jackets on their site, was excited to buy the first of the three I had earmarked only to find they are unreliable, insulting and worse they accuse me of some dodgy activity when they are the ones holding on to my money and demanding a second payment. I am speaking to trading standards to find out how I get my money back from this outrageous company.
