I've had this bag just over a week but I've already had a piece of it fall off. I know it's a relatively inexpensive bag, but I thought it would hold up a little better. Luckily the piece that fell off is on the back so no one can see it. I also saw the piece fall so I was able to pick it up and I think I can probably glue it back on or something.

Answer: I think this is their thing. I suspect they are in China. I just got notification that after waiting 5 weeks, may be, 10-20 more days. No refund and they don't respond.
