NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER …. THEY IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS …… ONE BIG SCAM! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! I HAVE GIVEN 1 STAR, BUT IT SHOULD BE A BIG ZERO.
Expensive. Assorted chocolate's were damaged, filling from chocolate covered cherry all over the entire box. Non perils were discolored. Very disappointed and wold NOT recommend.
Ordered over $50 on 10/15/23. Noo product, no response to emails or PayPal query! Don't waste your money!
Horrible! Only gave 1 star because I cannot give zero. Bought a 12 month subscription, received first three boxes fine then none after that. Multiple phone calls and email requests have never been answered. We essentially paid for 12 months of boxes, received three and cannot talk to anyone about getting our money back for undelivered chocolates.
I placed an order for Sugar Free candy and the cost was deducted from my checking account on 11/22/23. I have not received my candy yet 12/13/23. I have left several messages and sent a note asking for an update on my purchase. As of today I have not heard a word from Jackie's Chocolates. Apparently no one cares enough to help me. Use caution when ordering. I had to give a rating so I gave one star. Otherwise I wouldn't have given that.
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING,left a message again NOTHING. Pathetic service! Never again
SCAM - The Chocolates we did receive were in bad shape, melted and old. Did not taste good. They only shipped a partial order and are not returning emails or picking up the phones when you call customer service. We paid for 10 boxes and only received 9 and it seems like they have no plan to ship the 10th box. No matter, the chocolate is junk anyway, its best to stick with your local candy makers.
I spent 75.00 on chocolate as gifts. Never received and won't respond to email, Facebook or calls. I think they are a scam.
Should hve gotten order by now. I'm going to turn in to credit card as fraud if I don't get a response immediately
My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no recourse. This is FRAUD.
I had ordered some chocolates several times and found them quite tasty. However my last order from early June has not been delivered yet. I have called and emailed several times and always get a machine never a person.
Terrible delivery service and customer response. In April 2023 I placed an order with this company. It took eight weeks to receive my order. I plan to not place another order due to this terrible delivery service as well as the fact that they did not respond to my voicemail complaint. Nevertheless I tried once again in June. I paid an additional $17 for two day delivery. It is now been one week and I've still not received the products.
Given the fact that delivery services are readily available before packaging deliveries as well as the fact that their company offered two day delivery for an expensive fee, it seems outrageous that this company can not deliver product. I would urge every customer to not patronize this business.
Finally. I don't know if it was my persistence in emailing, leaving an honest review, or finally connecting with the right person at the company but they were able to deliver the remainder of my order. They sent 4 boxes of assorted chocolates within 2 days of my last email. They have a great product…their chocolates are really lovely. They just need to work on their communication and issues with shipping. Thank you, Scott. I look forward to never emailing this company again.
I ordered a six month subscription in December. I've since received three boxes, but only after multiple emails complaining. Their customer service is the worst! They have since stopped delivering what I ordered.
You wouldn't think that ordering a perishable item would be a hassle but lo and behold with this company it is. I placed an order that was not provided yet they managed to charge my credit card promptly. Three voicemails and two emails later, still no response from them, and now American Express is hassling me about the order and making me jump through firehoops to get the charge reversed.
I have to admit that I was nervous after reading all if these reviews. I ordered on May 01st and received May 15th. I was hoping to have prior to Mothers Day. Confirmation and Shipping speed can be better!
As far as the product itself... I have tasted it all. For a sugar free product IT IS DELICIOUS! The packaging is nice and presentable. Nothing was damaged or melted. GOOD JOB Jackie's! Get that order confirmation and shipping under control and you would have 5 stars from me!
I am diabetic. We are originally from California. Salt water taffy I grew up at n. Anyway my husband ordered me chocolate covered pretzels and taffy...oh andy son a box of assorted chocolates.ALL SUGAR FREE...the taste is soooooo good even my son and husband said how good it was. I have been diabetic for over 30 years.and I have NEVER tasted sugar free candies or chocolates that didn't have some type of after taste. Not these goodies. Order them for your sugar free loved ones and they will thank you
I ordered chocolate almost a month ago and still have not received a notice if shipping. When I try to contact them they do not answer the phones instead you are directed to leave a message that no one replies to and when you do the "chat" you get an automated reply. I finally got a person on "chat" to say my order was going out days ago and of course that was a lie. Do not support this business! And of course I've already been charged!
They might send you one box without a hassle. Forget about trying to get the rest of your subscription. It ain't worth the effort. And I will add they also tried to threaten me "Does your employer know you're harassing a native american owned small business, because we'll tell them".
Don't give these creeps any of your money.
The average wait time for your order to be filled is a month and that does not include the week or so it takes them to ship it out after they prepare it. Then you wait another week for it to be delivered. They do not provide tracking for your shipment although it states online they email customers with tracking info. In fact, Jackie's doesn't email their customers with any updates or order confirmations that I'm aware of. Their "customer service" is foreign outsourced and they are unable to provide information about anything. In short, they are completely useless. If you are lucky, eventually you will receive your candy, usually after you've forgotten you ordered it. To be fair, most of their products are good if you can overlook their horrendous business practices. Few people need chocolates that badly. One final note, they have great customer ratings on their site because they delete negative comments.
I ordered a Valentines gift for a sick relative living in a different state going into the hospital the day after Valentines. Order page and website assured Valentine's delivery. Two days before Valentine's I had received no shipping updates. Worried I used the tracking number in the order and it showed it had not shipped. I emailed the company and was assured by Aaron it had shipped and would be on time. Order never arrived and my relative went into the hospital. Order finally delivered days late and sat on relatives porch in the rain and snow, ruined. My relative's daughter went by house to collect mail and noticed the package, so damaged from weather,, she threw away the box. I notified company and asked for a refund. No response on the refund so I contacted my cc company and disputed the charge. The next day, Charlie from Jackie's Chocolate, threatened to sue me and come to my house, ruin my credit. He then proceeded to research and use my personal information, value of my house and my husband's name to threaten me further. He wrote I was stealing from Jacie's Chocolates. Like others I wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering from them. For sure very disreputable business practices, invasion of privacy and bullying.
Answer: Their customer service is awful. Don't bother with them. Cut your losses and move on.
Answer: I thought it was legit - I have ordered from them several times and received the products I ordered. This last time nothing. And it seems to be a recent trend, according to reviews.
