I ordered for my trip at least a month in advance but it still came after I left for vacation. It is a good product though so I can't wait to wear it

It took a bit longer to get the items but they are nice quality. I will shop again

La couleur n'est pas la même mais ça reste élégante cette combinaison. Je recommande pcq ils livre vraiment vite. Je vais essayer de réajuster.

The items received are all poor quality, and definitely not worth the money.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, package said it would be delivered on the 12th and I never got it. I went to go look to see where it was at and it's no where to be found. So I called usps and the tracking number they gave me was wrong. Don't buy from this company, they will take your money and leave you empty handed

I am sorry, but I never write bad reviews but this company has no way to contact someone live, unless it is through chat which is not working for the past 4 days. The phone number listed always has a busy signal. They even have a whatsup number which no one ever answered me. And the quality of the product that I got even worst. It looked nothing like in the picture. Delivery took a month and a half. And the app is a joke.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes thinking they were based out of the UK, so far 2 pairs have turned up not in shoe boxes but wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a parcel bag, they appear to have a buckle but this is just for show you have some stupid hook that you somehow have to attach and keep it in place. It doesn't and I can put a flat pack together with ease!

Still trying to figure out if there is a way I can wear one pair but the second no way, even if I could work out a way to attach the stupid hook the material at the back of the heel spreads out at the side and looks horrendous.

For the amount of money I spent on these shoes they should be ashamed of themselves, they don't provide a tracking number, however, provided quick responses to my messages so there's one plus I will never use this company ever again.

Still waiting for refund. Received an email saying they would look in to the transaction and nothing has happened. Poor service. I am a pensioner and small amounts of money matter.

This place is an absolute scam. None of the clothes fit the quality is crap you cannot leave a review on their website, the 2x clothes wouldn't even fit my 12 year old who doesn't even weigh 100lbs. It took me 3 months to get my stuff and they pose as a site selling from California but all their stuff comes from over seas... I would rather buy from Amazon and get that cheap quality then ever buy another trashy item from ivrose. They never gave me an order id. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I have got other things from this site that have been ok but the last few things have been extremely slow getting here

The shoes look like very fake leather... when postage is included, they're expensive for vinyl or plastic looking shoes.

Items are quality you would expect for the price but sizing is not at all accurate - small is perfect in some things and about 5 sizes too small in others and this is using the sizing guide per item (not just guessing!)
