Absolutely horrible experience, worst customer service, only contact via email, phone number on file doesn't work. The unit number was missing form the address FedEx took it upon themselves to change address I've been begging IVrosw to contact them as they're the shipper. FedEx will not open a complain claim for me. I have been ignored for the past week. The only on that losses here is me, with $75.00 off with no clothes to show for. I will never ever use them again!
Color is not anywhere close to picture and sizing is horrible
Items are great quality. Delivery took a while but very happy once received. First time of ordering and very happy with all items received. If you are happy to wait then defo order as you will not be disappointed
This site is a waste of time! You order something and it takes a month plus to get to you! I did not know it would take forever to get my order, I was in the process of moving and they wouldn't even change the shipping destination. Despite several attempts and FedEx saying that they can change the shipping date. Horrible customer service!

Product looks cheap as material but colour and style as exactly as the picture. Skirt size perfect. Top size slightly big.

The pictures were deceiving. I got the appropriate sizes, same I always do, but the materials have been cheap and make everything fit loose and awkward looking. I don't think I'll be ordering from this site again. I spent a lot of money and waited an entire month for an order that I was really dissatisfied with.

Nothing looked as it did online. Sizing was way off. Did not receive one of the items and no refund was issued. Truly could only wear one to two of the items I ordered.
Very poor, closed my enquiry when I was still asking questions. Still non the wiser as to how to make an exchange.

The clothes themselves were really cheaply made, awful quality and didn't look anything like the pictures on the website.
I didnt receive an order confirmation email so was difficult to find my order reference.
I have never had to use WhatsApp to contact a company's customer service. I don't think this is a very professional way to contact customers. Also could only receive one message every 24hrs it seems. Customer service team not very helpful and were shocked that I wanted to return all 3 items back.
The quality of the clothing that I received is beyond cheap and nothing like the pictures. Stores like this should be shut down by the government for frauding people. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN!
Quality of dress was poor, sizing wasn't accurate and return was expensive as only option is a return to China address. I now need to wait for them to receive item and hope they refund.
