The set up is really complicated. Still, it is a service I will always use. THX Apple.com!

When I redeem movies on VUDU the process is easy and flawless. The movies are immediately available and stream without issue. Apple and Itunes are impossible. The movies are seen and then disappear. They work and then do not work. Customer service is a joke. I have stopped buying movies.

Pros:
-its legal
-secure
-cost is OK and no tricking you into things you didn't want to purchase
-great selection
-good customer service which is there to help you not rip you off.
Cons:
-Setup is hmmm almost awful. I can't stand it. Figured it out but hate it. Not at all the organization of other Apple products.

I am not able to afford alot so was stoked to get my iphone last year and all i have is a Chromebook laptop. I cant download my itunes account to my computer bc it doesnt have windows... um im sorry wouldnt you make money either way? Even if i dont buy an apple computer or a computer in general. Ridiculous. I have tried to find a way to be able to get it on my Chromebook and have been unsuccessful. Anyone?

Love iTunes. Pros the list of music is great. My only con is if you have songs by different performers they are all in a row and I can't. Move them to different arrangement and the editing the list is not easy for me.

Itunes is probably the least sketchy of their services, but apple sucks.

I have used itunes for a while now. One time I had lost my password and couldn't open my movie section so they helped me to recover it. Boy was I ever so glad! They accommodated me and were very polite and helpful and for that I owe a debt of graditude. Thanks itunes!

I have purchased over a 100 songs on I tunes. It is easy to use and understand. I recommend this site to anyone looking to download music.

I have an iMac that I love and have purchased many songs, films etc from here and never had any issues with purchases my only gripe is the cost of some items (TV series and games) tbh its cheaper to go buy the game disc ;) (which is why I think maybe they have got rid of the disc drive! Good job I have a pre glorified notebook Mac machine =)

Whatever you can think of, it's there! Quality is also a plus! Huge plus!

I do like iTunes, but I find big gaps in some of their selections.

I have a 16 year old grandson and like to send him little gifts. Itunes makes a great gift for a teenager! What do I know about what their current "likes" are?!?!? This makes it so easy.

This software has caused me no ends of trouble on my Windows 7 machines, just like iTunes used to crash my old XP machines years ago. Nothing much has changed. It is still a bloated, ugly, resource-hogging excuse to give Apple a direct line to your wallet. ITunes is the #1 reason why I still buy CDs.

I love this site but why not reward the people who spend a lot of money like giving free movies or music as an incentive?

The endless updates. Only one iphone can be connected.
