In the past, I have ordered Museo, Artist Cards, pre-scored cardstock (220 GSM) with matching envelopes, but they have been discontinued. The texture of Museo cardstock was very impressive. I wish INNOVA had the same.

I needed to reorder 3 ink cartridges for my Epson printer during my busy Christmas season. I was concerned that it would take up to a week to receive them, but 2 of them arrived in only 2 days from their Indiana shipping location. Whew! And the third cartridge a couple days after that. Also happy with the competitive ink prices.

My original order was missing 3 items. I called and explained it and I was told those items would be shipped out immediately. There were no questions asked or anything further for me to do. The 3 items arrived days later. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.

Shipment of supplies can be a little slow but they are the best at packing tings. It is rare that I get a damaged item. If there is a problem, they take care of it immediately.
