I had an old Lenovo Thinkpad E520 that died in 2011. At that time i was quoted a price to replace the motherboard that was more than i paid for it. So it was put aside and forgotten about. This year i decided to get it up and running again. I bought a used MB from a UK supplier, but it made no difference. Totally dead. I then bought a new MB from ITRepairShop. It was shipped from US and arrived in UK in about 10 days. I fitted it and though there were signs of life, it would not boot. Chris from ITRS was fantastic in his support, suggesting things to try and being genuinely supportive above his remit, but no improvement. Then i got the best surprise of all, he emailed to say that he was sending out another MB to see if that sorted the problem! The new MB arrived a few days ago. I fitted it and now my laptop is working as well as ever! He even helped me over the initial configuration problems. Chris and ITRS are people who give 110%, They not only provide a product, but also provide support and go out of their way to make sure all is OK. These guys will always be my first option now, they should be yours too

I am a Japanese and am writing this from Japan: I purchased a power supply unit from ITRepairShop.net for the first time through eBay and my experience with them was great. The merchandise arrived as estimated, and although the PSU was described as "Manufacturer Refurbished," the condition was far better than my expectations --- It was almost new and it powered up like NEW!

Now, I am very happy with my revived Dell Precision T-5400 which sits side by side with T-5500 and T-3500.

After the installation of the first keyboard I find out that two key the N and the M did not work, I review the installation procedure and still did not work. I re-installed the old one and contacted the Help Desk. Almost immediately I received an email form Mr. Ordonez reassuring me that a replacement keyboard was on the way; later he followed up with another email confirming the shipment. The replacement keyboard was installed and working perfectly. At NO CHARGE!
As far as Im concern this is a 5-Star out of 5-Stars service! And yes Ill recommend this company to a friend!

I purchased a motherboard from ITReairShop on April 12th, 2016. I received it 3 days later and unfortunately is was DOA. As an I. T. Tech who orders parts 2 to 3 times a week I understand that defective parts happen and I usually never blame anyone (especially the middle man). The true test comes when you deal with customer service. I sent an email explaining the issue on the 18th (after the weekend) and received a reply a few hours later with some things to try (obviously not knowing I was an I. T. Tech). I emailed back the very next day after performing the required task they wanted me to try. Without any further questions ITRepairShop sent out a replacement and was at my door 2 days later. Great Job! I will definitely order from them again.
