Hello friends,
Normally one should not buy a refurbished phone because of the scammers use this to cheat you.
However, I got fooled by the advertisements of a site name Itradeit and bought till this date, this fraud company has not delivered me the phone and are not responded to my pleas for refund of my money.
I have sent emails to a person named Santosh Kumar who is supposed to be the Grievance Officer at the email id *******@itradeit.in. However, all my mails have bounced.
There are a number of similar complaints against Itradeit on Quora, consumercomplaints.in, mouthshut.com, sitejabber.com etc where people have complained against the fraud and scam of this company.
