Did an online comparison and then decided to go with an insurer. Receive a call from these people when I have almost finalised my new policy and the girl keeps on harassing me saying why I don't wanna save money by going through them. Extremely rude. Says "It's rather odd that you don't wanna save money!"
Then she hung up. What a load of scumbags... Stay away from this mob

Yet another aggressive lead generating company without the ethics to verify email addresses before launching their spam.

Anyone can sign up with email addresses that do not belong to them and the spam begins.

Recently we went through iSelect for health insurance comparisons. The Customer Service operator was persistent when we wavered offering one month free with NIB and a $100 MasterCard if we signed up. No MasterCard has arrived and when we didn't get the one month free we contacted NIB who indicated that ISelect were in no position at all to make the one month free offer. Be very careful in dealing with ISelect as they blatantly lie to hook you in.

Called them for comparison Private Health Cover (change current provider Medibank Private) 10 min. Got Best NIB for half price. However was given wrong information about annual Limit. Called NIB and was told never deal with Third Party. They $#*!ed up my policy. No Apologise! Nothing. Name of the person I was dealing with us - Omar Bou-Karroum - And they call them self Brokers? What a Joke!
Never again! Don't deal with them, do the research and called directly!

I went on line with iSelect to get a better price for car insurance. I filled out all the necessary questions, and an acceptable quote came up, BUT I had to phone them to finalise.
I then had to verbally go through the whole process again! Plus some unusual and I felt unnecessary questions too.
When they came back with the "revised quote" it was almost twice what they quoted on line!
I think this is dishonest and underhanded! Just a common tricksters game.
I have to say I have heard many complaints similar to mine.
