So far it's been really easy to earn on the app, I did have a delay with one of the offers not completing so I sent in an email and within an hour they responded and approved the reward.

I'm honest, I don't know what it is, but I'm honest with you, too, buy Iron source, it's 100% the good thing I don't know because I can't speak English well and they wrote it to me in English instead of call, but I can only recommend it

Popped in a support ticket regarding an ingame reward, was reviewed and resolved within 30mins. Generally do have a good service / quick turn around on any tickets i pop in but this one was certainly the quickest by far.

I really like this app. I like that you guys answer fast and that I get the money fast as will as some of the game are easy to get points from. Keep up the amazing work you guys and girls do and I hope you are keeping safe and healthy.

There was a redemption offer that didn't work properly, but after submitting a support ticket with a screenshot it was fixed within 30 minutes! All of the other offers have worked perfectly, and I've been able to pay for a couple of video games out of all the time spent on my phone. I'd say it's a good trade-off :)

Problem solved. I was awarded gems which never arrived. Upon reporting this it was handled promptly.

The app wasn't acknowledging a win. I contacted support and the issue was fixed within only an hour or so.

I completed all the requirements of an offer for a Pool Payday game by Skillz and I sent over 6 emails and screenshots and I still don't have my reward.

I reported a missing reward on the Lucky Match app. I got an immediate response and received the reward the following day!
