Not even an hr passes from the time I placed the inquiry to the time the approved it, and sent the reward! I sent two photos of evidence and the turn around was actually much quicker than the emails show. But cheers support team!

I played a game to receive a token and after I completed the status task, only the installed application appeared and I had not received any token. I sent an email and in a few minutes the problem was solved.

This game captivates you. The more prizes you win the more you want to get to complete goals! So fun!

I started off with a game that I needed "coins" to advance with. So, I went to your page and it gave me options of games and other applications that I could download and or install/play and to perform certain tasks to win or achieve said "coins" that I needed in my original app. So I did everything as I was supposed to do. Downloaded a game from your site to the play store via your links, was required to reach four different levels to get four different amounts of coins on this new game. So I got to these certain levels, was supposed to win said "coins" and they had not and were not appearing in my original game I started with. This was after hours... Hours of playing this second game I had installed thanks to your site purely to win these "coins". So, I took screenshots and I sent in or "submitted a ticket", almost immediately was denied. Was told to take screenshots showing proof I did what I was supposed to do. Now, through a screenshot taken after the fact... There's only a certain level of proof that can be shown before you've got nothing else to show. Nevertheless I took more screenshots sent those in and again almost immediately denied. It was around three times of doing this that I realized this was hopeless and there was nothing I could do. I spent all that time on this other game for nothing but wasted time and disappointment. I had given up and then magically I was sent an approval for the final task of the four required of me to win these "coins". On my original game I had been awarded the amount of coins that was stated to be awarded for the 4th and final task only. But I was not awarded the first three sets of awards or "coins". Which it would have been impossible for me to have made it to the 4th achievement without first completing the beginning three... So again I submitted a ticket and was immediately denied. Tried it again with a bit more explanation and a screenshot and again denied. So here I am writing this because I've never had such a difficult time trying to win stupid coins on game/award agreement from a third party site. Where's my first three awards, y'all? I just want what I was told I was to get for doing the tasks I did as guidelined by your site. Seriously it shouldn't be that difficult.

Everytime I've had to reach out it's been a quick and pleasant experience. I have always got nearly an immediate response fixing any concerns I may have. They're thorough and convenient.

Estoy totalmente agradecido con ironsource. He completado unas 5-6 ofertas y he recibido todos los tokens. Incluso en una que no los había recibido, en cuanto me contacté con el soporte me los dieron en cuestión se minutos. Son de verdad un ejemplo sobre como deben trabajar este tipo de empresas. Ya he probado otras dos empresas y nunca me daban los tokens, cuando reclamaba siempre respondían bots o daban muchas excusas. Con ironsource nunca tuve problemas hasta ahora, así que mis respetos y espero que nunca dejen de ser así
