I placed an order online on January 26th 2020. The company cancelled my order due to lack of adequate inventory on January 31,2020. By the time iRemedySupply let me know they were cancelling my order due to insufficient stick, other merchants ran out of stock. So iRemedySupply has left me in a lurch with no substantive apology.
A competent, capable and ethical on line merchant would have a basic system feature to not show a product as available and allow an order to be completed if the supply is inadequate. I would have been able to purchase the product from my local Target and other online merchants this past weekend. At this point, five days after I placed this order with your company, the product is no longer available due to demand. You have removed any doubt of your competence, capability and integrity as an online merchant.
