I liked the products, the price and what I ordered arrived promptly. What I don't like is that because I need to make a return, I not only have to pay to ship it back (which is perfectly acceptable and I'm prepared to do that), but I'm being charged a 20% 'restocking fee' on an item that was likely drop shipped from a supplier. And as of right now I can't even return the item because the supplier has to give permission to accept the return. Not your company, but the supplier you got it from. So, yeah. Not happy AT ALL, and will never order from you again.

Needs more accessible customer reviews. Needs better customer service. I contacted the company on their "so called chat customer service" AND I sent an email to customer service. Not 1 person contacted me back in response. If I wasn't in desperate desire for the nebulizer machine I would have cancelled my order. It took over a week to get my order, yet the company charged me immediately for the product. There is no need for my order to take longer than projected. Like I stated, if I was able to pay & rebuy my product somewhere else I would have. Probably wouldn't recommend your site to others if they expect their BREATHING TREATMENT MACHINES in a timely manner!
