Labeling was in Chinese without quantities to know what was in the bags and had to open bag to count items.

The remedy wasn't effective for me due to no fault of the product. A physician discovered a stress fracture which the product could never have helped.

I attempted to return items that I did not need. Karen gave me a return address via email assuring me that was all I needed. I took the package to be shipped and was told I needed a tracking label ad the item was not accepted. I felt deceived.
