Company was originally called Icing, I would have issues and they would fix it quickly but over time their response time would increase until the service was not working at all and I was unable to get a reply. When my contact ended someone finally got a hold of me and told me that they had website issues and this was the new site. I foolishly renewed with them and again got fantastic customer service but again now 2 months in and I have been down for almost a week and they are not responding to any emails or WhatsApp messages.
