Took a little while to get connected but once we did the service is pretty amazing. Customer Service is great as well!
I have experienced nothing less than exceptional services!
I have received everything that has been sent to me. I think. The only thing that I can think of that could be better is: I need to be able to schedule same day pick up. When I get notified that I have mail, I go to the store to pick it up. But I'm not able to schedule a pickup until the following day. Sure, the people at the store can make it happen. But it would be nice if I could save them a step.
No issues whatsoever. Would recommend using this for business purposes or personal purposes.

They missed mails. Within two months, two mails with tracking number were lost. I know these two mails were missed because the sender informed me tracking number. One lost mail with FEDEX tracking number was found later on, another didn't yet. These missing mails cause a lot of trouble and delay.
The mail feature at I postal is pretty good I get scans of the envelopes every once in awhile they are blurry or there is not a scan available. I have not utilized the opening scan feature because most of the time I can tell whether I need to see the inside of the envelope or not based on the outside and if I do I just I have it forwarded to me. The forwarding costs for the male are fairly reasonable. I am not fully understanding the phone and fax service I have received faxes but apparently am unable to send faxes through the fax feature. I am utilizing the phone as a business phone and have had very few calls forwarded through that system to my personal phone. I have been unable to figure out how the text auto reply works and it have not been able to get it to work for me. The service has been working well for what I need, a business address for billing and a way to receive faxes. I wish that the phone aspect was more user-friendly and helpful.

I bought the p o box to use for my mailing address however the DMV doesn't consider this a valid street Adress so i couldn't use it at all
Service has been good so far! Notications has been awesome. The problem is all of the fees you have to pay

Please understand we charge for Optional Services like scanning mail content or picking up mail, to keep the monthly mailbox price as low as possible and charge for Optional Services only when customers use them.
If we included more ‘free’ services’ in the monthly fee, the monthly fee would have to go up, and people who don’t use these services would have to pay more without any benefit.

Missing mail is an extremely uncommon problem, but that does not mitigate the inconvenience you are experiencing. Our locations are certified by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, that receive and manage mail securely and professionally. Still, things can happen.
