My experience has been great. It was easy to set up.
I had a preliminary hiccup where my mails weren't getting scanned when requested. Support was able to resolve this although it took them about a week to do it.
I feel like they're pricing is actually a little expensive for scanning.
I tried to get them or UPS to turn a package around and send it back before it got there but couldn't do it, I don't really intend to use this for receiving packages anyways. It would be nice to have a setting though that I don't receive packages here. This accident was caused by it being my billing address but not my shipping address.
The app leaves much to be desired, but is easy enough to use and does what I need. I did have significant problems adding packages for shipping and scanning through the app. That functionality is broken and you have to go through the website.
Other than that it's decent and does what I need. I haven't decided if I'll stick with them long run or look for someone else that has a better app or pricing.
Always helpful... especially during the holidays! I can hardly wait to use them for print work.

I live in Thailand and need an American address. IPostal1 works great for me. I am immediately notified of mail and they have scanned it for me within 24 hours. They were also able to forward a package to me. Thanks for your great service.

No good. I was told by the store owner or manager that I had to make an appointment to pick up my mail. I rather not do that so I will discontinue my Service. Thank you.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a better experience with your mail center.
Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.
If for some reason you can’t schedule a pickup in advance, you can just drop in and the mail center will process the pickup task for you.

The staff at Staples has been great about mail pick-up and handling my mail. They have been personable and proficient. I am very satisfied with the service.
I asked them several times for a list of acceptable ID's. I get the list, it says that ipostal1 accepts international ID's, and to go to notarize.com. Notarize.com agent says they will ONLY accept a passport. Ipostal1 could have simply provided a clear answer to my questions. Instead they respond in a deliberately vague manner so I would sign up, only to find out that I would need a form of ID that I currently do not have. TOTAL FAIL.

Form 1583 is required by the USPS for anyone establishing a mailbox address, whether virtual or physical. It is not an iPostal1 requirement. Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountant’s office. If not, the online notary service we provide is a great convenience for a very nominal cost. We do devote a full section to the Form 1583 on our FAQs page.
Some notaries may have varying requirements.
