Had some kinks signing up online which nearly affected my delivery status. Luckily the people on site caught the error. Very happy with the local store that is used for the physical mail pick up.
It was an efficient, and smooth process. The employees, at Staples, were courteous, and helpful.
So far so good, easy to set up. Easy interface and scans of mail are clear.
Wonderful service that helped me a lot. I highly recommend using iPostal1.
It's been a pretty straightforward experience. I has been contacted pretty consistently.
I went into the office to pick up my mail, but it wasn't in the cubby. And there was nobody to help I called the phone number on the front desk for help, but there was no answer.

Your mail is securely stored until you request that it be forwarded, shredded, discarded, or picked up. Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

Highly Satisfied with the service, But I would highly recommend all items pertaining to Mail and/or packages always be kept in a secure lockbox instead. To prevent unauthorized access from lurking customers pretending to be shopping or needing services in that particular area where items are stored

We take customer privacy very seriously. All locations are approved by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). Your mail is securely stored until you request that it be forwarded, shredded, discarded, or picked up.

The service Is reliable! We are satisfied of

Once it was set up, it has worked great. You should change the requirement of 50 letters
We have not had our address for very long but so far it seems to be operating as we need it to. I did call customer service / our service office and got no answer. I left a voicemail that was never returned so that leaves a little to be desired. As we continue to use the services, I'm sure it will serve our needs.

So far it has been great. I have successfully made one pick up and the store operator was very informative and friendly.
Easy to use and pickup mail at Staples store I wish had longer hours to pick up later but still satisfied

I have got it all Set up and received Notifications as well for Mail Received which is Very Helpful and Convenient.Haven't Picked up my mail yet.Went there once,But was closed ( After 6 Pm).Will go again.The Process should be Smooth.Thank.you.

I appreciate that identity verification was part of the process and that once I had my address everything else has been both seamless and as advertised.
The organization has not utilized the service so no negative or positive reviews
Best tool that I have ever used for my business. I would recommend this to my friends
So far, so good since I am still rather new have not have time to fully explore features
I have not had many experiences with iPostal 1 just yet. I would recommend it if you are searching for an address out side of our personal address. Only thing, I would hope in the near future, they would provide more address in Illinois for the Northern suburbs like St. Charles, South Elgin and Geneva.
