I really have not been actively using the mailbox service as of yet. I am using it for a relatively new LLC. But I appreciate that it was relatively easy to set up the service, and especially appreciated that there were several physical address options that were fairly close to my residence (also office).
1st time seeing the facility in person to pick up a package. The process was quick and easy.
I have access to an additional address beside my personal home address for privacy.
The representative was attentive to my situation and help me solve it.
So far so good. No issues at this time. Why do I have to have so many characters in order to submit.
I've been using postal for a couple years now and I must say that it's been a very good experience. The services are very convenient with the option to view your mail online and have it discarded, scheduled for pick up or discarded. The options are limitless. The staff is also very professional and they go above & beyond. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Signing up is difficult, when filing paperwork to be notarized You don't have the same selections when it comes to what form of identification you're using. Select two and then once you go to the proof portal, you select two more that are not the same. And now I have to file again paying $25 again?

Thanks for your review. We are sorry for any difficulty you experienced.
The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. That being said, you need only 2 forms of ID, but they must match the criteria set forth by USPS.
We don’t charge any fee for notarizing your forms. If you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience, they do charge $25. This is a one-time fee, unless you are notarizing documents for more than one person. If you are adding someone else to your account, they will require their own 1583, IDs and notary.

Everything has be kept up on and done in a timely matter! I hardly ever check in with my account because I have everything setup on an automated setting which was easy to startup. My experience so far has been great!

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Please make sure that the address on your ID matches the home address you put on your Form 1583. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
