We have been ordering several new mail boxes in various cities. In one it was show as just a suite number which was fine.
When the order was processed the address was changed to include box number. For our use this was unsatisfactory.
I asked that this order be canceled and asked for assistance to get an alternation address in the same city or nearby city that would not have
A suite number with a box number. No one has responded. We were planning on adding about 10 other new mail addresses but are now not sure if we can rely on you.
Maybe another national service would be more helpful.

I have been very pleased with my use of iPostal for the last year or more. I have always been happy with the quick service with any requests submitted to scan or ship my items.
I don't believe the store keeps my mail. Probably they discard whatever they receive.

Your mail center has received and inserted over 1300 mail items for customers over the past 6 months. Had you received mail during that time, there is no reason it would not have been inserted into your digital mailbox. Some centers do discard obvious junk mail. Mail that is inserted into a customer mailbox is not discarded unless a specific task request is made by the customer.
However, if you know of any trackable mail that was delivered to your iPostal1 address but not inserted into your mailbox, please let our Customer Service team know so that we can follow up on this. All our mail centers operate under the CMRA guidelines of the USPS.

Sorry just seems slow to get mail out. Would be better to have more than one pick up a day. Postal probably has no control over that

Not sure exactly what you mean by slow to get the mail out. Your mail center stays up to date on task requests. Our goal is that any tasks received by 1:00 PM are processed that day or otherwise the next day. If your mail center has not been meeting that standard, please let our Customer Service team know at [email protected].

I love my iPostal1 location and all the iPostal1 features. The people at my location are extremely helpful. And when I have a question they can't answer, iPostal1 Customer Service can. I have also learned to find answers to general questions in the iPostal1 FAQ.
The customer service provided by iPostal1 team is exceptional. This is extremely important to me as I live in Germany and I really feel like I have a team looking out for my US mail. They take that extra effort to reach out to me whenever there is a question or issue.
Girls are helpful. Had a few hick ups tha t could have been handled better prior to the issue but feel like there was a lack of training to handle the question that could have resulted in the issue that continued till I went to the location.

Easy to use, chill with payment expiring and needing to wait a week for the new card to show up, quick customer service

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

As part of your mail plan, the outside of every mail item is scanned so you can see the image in your digital mailbox as soon as it is received.
If you would like to have the content of all your mail scanned automatically, so you can view the PDF in your inbox, you can choose the ‘Auto Scan’ option. Login online to your mailbox, click on Account, then on Options. You will see the Auto Scan option. Of course, there will be a charge for each content scan. You can purchases a Scan-Shred bundle in advance to save up to up to 33%.
As far as system updates are concerned, we recently updated our app and the current project is to update the online digital mailbox interface. We agree with you that the online interface needs a facelift, however we are not sure why you are experiencing issues with the buttons.
