The location is very convenient and the customer service is outstanding.
1. Was told at start that the address wouldn't be thought of as a PO Box # but many places do like some of my credit card companies (etc) so they won't use the address.
2. The staff at the location that collects mail didn't fully explain everything to me at start so a bumpy start.
3. To view the mail you've received online so you can tell them what to do with it, you have to turn your head sideways as the images show sideways and not straight up- challenging

It help me keep my address private, and it's more professional.
Unfortunately my site charges a fee for mail pick up, so I usually have it sent. I am charged much more for the envelope of mail sent than matches the cost on the postal item when I receive. I already pay monthly for the service, why is mail forwarding receiving a charge above the actual cost of mailing?

We show the pricing for all our services including mail pickup. Please refer to the pricing pages of our website and to the location details. IPostal1 tries to be as transparent as possible regarding our pricing and policies.
We charge for pickup due to the time and labor involved in retrieving your mail and processing the task in our system so you have a complete history of your mail items.
At most locations the monthly mailbox fee is only $9.99. You would pay twice as much for a PO Box, which does not even provide digital mailbox service. IPostal1 is a great value and a tremendous convenience.

I think it is reliable. One thing to improve is, we can't see the cost of shipping we put the request in. It should send the notification like, "thw totoal cost will be $$$ for ur shipping request" and ask us if we agree or cancel so that we can change the shipping option. To me, I was charged to much and it surprised me a couple of times.

You should always see real-time shipping prices with options for different carriers and levels of service. The only time this would not be the case is if you choose the ‘consolidate and ship’ option from your online mailbox, which combines consolidation and shipping into one step. Since the items have not yet been consolidated, weighed and measured, we cannot provide a shipping price.
If you choose ‘consolidate’ and wait for those mail items to appear in your inbox as a new consolidated mail item, you will see shipping prices when you create a shipping task. On the app, the same idea apples: to see shipping prices, consolidate your items first rather than ship multiple individual mail items at the same time.

I am pleased with the service. But there are two categories which I think need improvement. I have been sent warning emails that my mail was going to be charged extra due to being there over 30 days. This happened twice more than two weeks after I had already picked up the mail.
The other factor is that my name is "J Kent Gidcumb." And the reason it is stated like that is because I go by "Kent." When I receive mail addressed to J it screams lack of personal service.

You should not be charged for mail that was picked up before the free 30 storage period expired. We work closely with our mail centers to ensure a high level of service. We will follow up to make sure that your mail items are processed properly to show they were picked up. We do suggest that you user our Schedule a Pickup feature in the app or online mailbox, as this will create a task that for the mail center to process to ensure the items are marked as picked up.
As far as the naming issue is concerned, you are able to add alternative versions of your name, so that it will match up in our system and your mail can be inserted into your mailbox. We have sent this on to our Customer Service team.

This is a great way to get your mail. The price is very reasonable. My only compliant is that they nickel and dime you for everything including just picking up my mail.
I paid $10 for scan/shred bundle for 5 mails. I was charged for the $10. Where are the scanned documents?
I wrote numerous emails asking for help with options for dispositions of my mails. No useful answer. It should have been easy for you. I called and you are always closed. Why do you close so early, 5pm eastern?
I am thinking of discontinuing your service.

From your app or online mailbox, you need to click on the item you want to have scanned and create a Scan request. You will then save money on the scan because you purchased a Scan Bundle in advance.
Each time you create a scan request, it uses any remaining scans in your bundle to pay for the scan. When you purchase a Scan Bundle, this does not cause any items to be scanned automatically.

Great service. Just wished I had picked a different location. Those people are a little slow. Takes 10 minutes while talking on cell phones to get my mail. Not very friendly but they get the job done.
So far, no issues with this service. I am glad to have an address for my business

Everything has been working great with iPostal. They offer service exactly as I need for my business. Overall service is as expected.
It's been a couple months, and everything is performing well. It works from Ecuador but do not send it directly, because CorreosdelEcuador is about to close. Find someone you know to send it by DHL.
I had a great experience with ipostal so far, I can see what letters came and chose to deliver what I need and I can get them when needed.

We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. All of our addresses are real street addresses, not PO Boxes, amd can be used for business purposes. We are surprised that your some of your credit card companies did not accept your address. We will look into this further and apologize for any inconvenience.
