While I am still learning about the most cost effective way of dealing with my snail-mail remotely, I am happy with my decision to use iPoatal1. There is a learning curve but they have been both receptive to my questions and helpful in my efforts to negotiate the process of meeting my needs.

IPostal is a fantastic concept and a good business model. The customer service that I have received is also a first-rate. It's very convenient for me to not have to have a physical location for my business, and it is nice to be able to get my mail scanned and sent to me instantly via PDF. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the pricing. I realized that the service and the features come with a price, but it seems to me that the prices for things like scanning mailed in documents to provide a PDF are a little too pricey.

I love iPostal1! I always receive all of my mail and packages with no problem! The app is a plus, and a must have for my company! We get timely notification in a timely manner each time our packages arrive, this is very helpful for my business. The young lady that always handle our packages and mail is amazing!
