I have been using this service for close to a year now. Have gone in to pick up my mail multiple times before and there has been no issue. Today I went to get my mail and the manager of the PostNet told me he would not release my mail to me. He said that I needed to submit documents to iPostal first. I didn't have the documents that were being requested and so I could not get my mail. I contacted customer service and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime I am looking into getting a lawyer to help out with this as I believe what they are doing is illegal. Apparently they have received and accepted my mail and charged me every month, yet they claim that they need more documentation now. Why would they let me open this account in the first place then? I would highly recommend you stay away from this company.
I am NOT getting the verification email. I have been waiting15 minutes. I had to reverify my email and the site is STILL not sending the verification email.
I was given two different number for fax and it was very confusing. So I asked ipostal1 expecting an immediate response instead the automate system responded with less clarification. And since then I have been using an alternative means.
The people I work with locally are awesome!
They understand my needs and are always available to help.
Getting my mail at 3403 West TC Jester, Houston Texas ******* is about a 25% chance. This stores iPostal was $9/ month. I see why-- they are hardly open when the sign says it should be.

IPostal1 is actually a very good service, and I'm glad I signed up. I just wished I had found out about it much earlier. They are very professional and courteous in dealing with customers. More importantly, the staff at the location are efficient in managing everything that comes their way. The only problem that I have with it stems from the difficulty with getting a customer service representative to answer some questions prior to signing up. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone during the application stage.
IPostal is perfect for me since I work from home. I feel very secure about all of my work with iPostal.
Service was speedy and very informative. I have never done a notary service this fast and precise before.

I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first mostly because I know how unreliable USPS can be at times, and figured that could possibly translate over to iPostal1. I'm glad to say I was wrong. My virtual mailbox worked as it should, and the service was outstanding and accurate! Now I know I can depend on iPostal1 and will use this service again in the future if needed. Job well done everyone and thanks for the great service!
I've been paying for a box three months and I'm just now being advised I still need to notarized and I've provided the documentation directly to the site chosen the day after purchase.

If you had submitted the documents the day after purchase, they should have been reviewed the next day or the day after. We are not sure what went wrong. I wanted use this service because I am required by law to place my address (home) on forms that I submit and that is a direct invasion of my privacy nor is it safe.

Our customer service team looked into your situation and explained why there was some confusion in your case. Since you signed up for a Virtual Office plan with phone and fax, you get your own personal fax number, different from the fax number at the mail center.
With your personal fax number, your incoming faxes will go directly to your digital mailbox, not to the mail center. Sorry for the confusion. We will look into clarifying this point in our communications.
