I purchased what their website led me to believe was unlocking service. They took my money then I never heard from them. A week later I wrote to ask the status. They took two days to reply, and here's what they said:

-------------------------------------------
You have actually purchased a pre-order for the unlock, not the unlock itself, as currently it's offline at the carrier end for this particular handset model.

By purchasing the pre-order, you are FastTrack'ed to the top of the queue for when the unlocking resumes and will be notified via email immediately and your IMEI submitted for unlocking.

Unfortunately, we have no estimate of the timescale for when the unlocking will resume, but it is rarely longer than 2 weeks! Usually unlocks go offline when new handsets are released (unlocking is suspended) or during busy holiday periods.

As per the terms of our website, pre-orders are non-refundable (https://iphoneimei.net/refund-policy)

-----------------------------------------------

That raises more questions that it answers. It's not clear what a "pre-order" is. Do they intend to charge me another fee at some point? Why would they lunge to scream "No refunds!" when I hadn't even asked about a refund, except that they know they're not actually providing any service to me? I wrote and asked these questions, and they never replied.

I purchased an iPhone 6 online, when I got the phone, it was iCloud locked.
Now, I did some research on what to do and got good reviews about iPhoneIMEI.net to get unlocked, every review I read said that they are great, so I decided to give it a try.
At first they charge me $19.99 (pounds), after 2 days theys sent me an email saying that they have completed the full check on my iPhone and they were ready to unlock my phone, but I'll have to pay an extra $19.99.
So I sent an email to them, pointing out to their own policy, which says that prices are final and there's no hidden fees or extra charges.
So they sent me an email saying unless I'll present an Apple receipt as a proof of purchased, they would not unlock my phone neither refund me. They knew I purchased this phone online, but to avoid lose everything, I agree to pay the extra $19.99. For my astonishment, they said that $19.99 was an special offer, so if I want to unlock, I now had to pay an Extra $25.99 (pounds).
I was really pissed, sent another email, not a chance, so I decided to pay. Three days later they sent me an email, saying they were unable to unlock my phone and They Will NOT Reimburse me unless I present a proof of purchased from Apple. Are you kidding me? Before I tried the service, I pointed it out for them that I purchased online, after they asked me for the extra 19.99 I told them again, so now that I paid $55.99 in total, they come with this BS again.
So this is the best suggestion online for this type of service, it cost me almost two weeks of headache and $55.99 Pounds.
iPhoneIMEI.Net are the worst Crooks I ever had a chance to meet. I lost money buying this "crap" iPhone, first time I ever bought an used phone and last for sure, to get worst, searching around I got a lot advice to get this and got Screwed up even further. This guys are worse than the one that sold me the phone, because they go around Stealing from people that already got in trouble for trusting people.

I paid over $100 CAD and nothing was done.
They sent me an unlocking code that doesn't work at all.
My cellphone is locked to one provider and they keep sending me a code for a completely different provider. Also, they want additional money for a "final unlock code".
Complete scam!

DO NOT PAY! SCAM
February 28, 2018

DO NOT PAY!, they asked me for $27 and I made the payment, but then they asked for additional of $110. This is a scam, the total sum is higher than other website too, but most importantly, I don't trust this website anymore.

Spend over $150 and nothing since 3 months.
They dont even answer the emails to explain anything.
When u contact customer support before u pay, they return your email so fast, but it looked like only one man operation. He is the only one emailing at the beginning.

Watch out!
February 23, 2018

Like a lot of other reviews say, it is a scam!
First you pay a 20 pounds to unlock your phone. After transfering the money they want to see an extra 120 to finish the unlocking procedure. They don't tell you in advance and I don't trust them. I 'threw away' 20 pounds and I would like to warn others to do the same thing...!

There is an additional $55 hidden price after they charge you $28, which is the "final" price on the website. They lied in their website.

They are bunch of Scammers -DO NOT USE THEM
The Guys are only interested in getting more money from you
1: Prices quoted in USD and they take British Pounds from Your Account
2: Takes twice as long as they say, then them come back asking for heaps more money
3: They hide all the refund info, then point it out if you ask for a refund, when they fail to deliver
3: Site says 100% Guaranteed Refund. This is BS
4: They Only post good feedback on their site
5: There are other much cheaper and more honest companies to deal with

My Advice, go to ATT Website, where you can do it for free, DO NOT Use these Guys, they will just try to get you to pay for a Premium Service

Also if you try to look them up, they use a company in the Bahamas to hide their details, sure sign of scammers..

It is fraud
February 1, 2018

Typical example:
Unlocking for A1 network - official price on their pages is GBP 19.99.
After payment this sum, they wanted any other payment, which is more than GBP 100.
I must turn on Police and lawyer for final solving this fraud.

SCAM
January 25, 2018

Someone tried to bruteforce my password on a 2fa protected phone. I clearly stated this fact in an email I sent to them BEFORE paying for the service. Their first response was a copy/paste of their webpage. I replied that I needed direct answers on their ability to remove the icloud lock from my phone. They responded that yes, they could. Two days later, they send me an email telling me that this phone, that I bought NEW from AT&T, is lost or stolen, and they won't give me a refund. No worries, I have fraud protection with my bank, and I'm telling EVERYONE I know that these people are filthy crooks.

This is a scam company. Consider before you make the purchase. When i buy the service they did not mention preorder thing and you need to pay an extra to get full unlock. That is bull shyt. Sent 6 emails regarding the ticket haven't receive a single response. This is the worst unlocker. I regreted it for using this people.

I almost wasted my time
January 10, 2018

I almost wasted my time on buying on this site then i checked the reviews. I wouldn't lose any money, just time. People there's something call charge-back, Call your bank and report the transaction. Don't just waste time asking scammer to refund. It's like asking the lotto official to refund your ticket when you lost.
