An individual called 'Cicely' from the iObit Support Team, keeps addressing their not fit for purpose 'Stubborn Unistaller' piece of software as 'MY CONFUSION' so at this point It's am actually very 'confused' indeed as I do not understand what this individual, from the IObit Support Team, is trying to do but whatever that might be, it's certainly not doing iObit any favours but the opposite. Now, based on the predictive outcome, I have decided to terminate business with iObit all together because I simply do not trust this company.

Driver Booster non solo è un software di dubbia efficacia, ma è addirittura dannoso. L'ho installato sul mio Windows 11 che prima funzionava benissimo, poi Driver Booster ha di sua iniziativa installato un driver per il collegamento con il mio Nothing Phone (A142). L'ho collegato nuovamente al pc 3 giorni dopo l'installazione di questo driver e il pc non riconosceva più il mio telefono! Non potevo trasferirci nulla, nè foto, nè altro, nè potevo trasferire qualcosa sul pc, per colpa di Driver Booster! Ho dovuto addirittura fare il ripristino del sistema a prima dell'installazione del driver per poter ovviare al problema. Ovviamente subito dopo ho disinstallato questo software - che più che software è un malware - e mi auguro che chiunque lo disinstalli perchè è veramente pericoloso. Programmi così andrebbero vietati e segnalati alla polizia postale

I used to be a paying customer for many years, until they embedded bundleware into the program with the ITop rubbish that you cannot remove, you can select not to install it, but it still shows up on the performance monitor and has annoying popups in the system tray that can also NOT be disabled, essentially making this program worse than the annoying malware you are trying to protect your pc from. I would never recommend this program anymore. I avoid it like the plague

I have used iobit Advanced System Care Ultimate products for 5 years now but last year was the final year. You do get a little bit of improvement in your PC but nothing significant. I mainly used it for general clean up of my business systems but I got fed up with their advertising pop up in my PC. They keep trying to upsell you things you dont need. Not sure why I should see this many pop up every day even though I paid for the most expensive package and renewed my licenses every year. The pop up is very annoying and there is no way to disable it, unless you disable the entire iobit software. Overall very sad that they keep upselling you junk programs like driver booster for $20 or password manager and so on. At this this point I am certain that they dont care about their customers. The point is to sell and sell and sell and it doesnt matter how much they annoy their loyal customers. So just simply dont buy this software.

I used paid Advansed Ultimate for several years. When I uninstalled it, it was very difficult to repare windows to turn back defender and get rid of their advertising. But it catched viruses time to time for years, thats true. Their advertising turned me away.

These crooks will steal your money, make unauthorized auto payments then disappear. You have no recourse with them. None.

Never ever install anythign from this company. It IS a virus. It corrupts your windows installation, and when you remove it using the uninstall, it leaves its advertising junk behind. This is in hidden system directories. They have overwritten the windows files, so if you remove their adverts, your windows fails to start / restore. The solution is the reinstall windows to get rid ot this software.

I was using some of their free services so I decided to do the Upgrades. The 1st on work but the rest would not download. I would suggest they send you disks instead of a download at their website. I went to the Website instead of the download they tried to sell me what I bought. I would rather do a negative review instead of waisting my time trying to do a download that will not download.

I started with the Advanced System Care program several years ago. First the free version which cleared a problem on my then Windows 7 PC that no other could fix. Fast forward to the past 3 years, I have purchase the entire suite of six IObit programs. It has never corrupted or harmed any part of my PCs (I use it on 5 PCs). The suite package of programs work very well together. The rare occasion when I emailed customer support, they have been wonderful and always made things right and quickly. I don't understand how my experience can be so good yet there are those negative posts. Therefore I have to be suspicious of those negative posts. MY ONLY CONCERN is, to my understanding, IObit is based in Hong Kong. Now that HK has been seized by China, I don't know if I can trust the software. Presently I am also testing Bitdefender for that reason.

I think the program works... probably, but the constant up-selling and ads get very old. If you download their program, they will spam the crap out of your computer. I am a paid member for 6 years or so... its getting to the point where Im going to cancel its so bad. I go to their website, click on online feedback to give them, feedback, and their is no option to do that. Just forums and FAQs. Also when they spam your computer, they make it sound very scary with things like (YOU ARE EXPOSED). Ridiculous if you ask me and a company that may say anything to get your business.

IObit provides partial services and mandates multiple additional payments to obtain advertised service.

The products they advertise do not work as promoted or marketed. They will do more harm to your computer in the long run than any good.
They use predatory practices and once they have possession of your credit card details they will charge you over and over again. The moment you purchase from them, they auto subscribe you by default. And no there is no way to turn it off, they will cleverly conceal it from you.
They provide no refunds, and once they have charged your card the only solution is for you to cancel your credit card and have your issuer issue a new one.
Their products are filled with lots of nasty malware, and are extremely intrusive. Please stay away. If you see any positive reviews written about them, be certain that its members of their team posting them to try and save face and create false good will. The market is filled with other Software to meet your needs. If you value the digits in your bank account, then KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD FAR AWAY!

It shows unwanted pop-ups trying to upsell or sell the publishers other products. Even during gameplay!

It has $#*! user experience/GUI design. Overrides standard Windows controls. Opening the app to change settings on a mixed multi monitor setup (4k+FHD) can place the window outside of visible range, outside of any monitor and it has no Move, Size options accessible from the windows taskbar. Closing and opening it does not move the window inside visible area. So it stays inaccessible to the user.
The engine might be good, but the UX is just horrible.
Do not recommend.

I downloaded a trial to the advanced system care pro for 3 computers. When I tried to cancel auto-renew online, it could not find my order.

I called Support and was answered by a gruff sounding guy who insisted the only way to do this would be to allow him access to my PC. Being a former tech and having a brain, I knew this was bull$#*!. When I said no, he quickly transferred me to someone else.

This person took my info down and guaranteed I would not be charged. We shall see. I paid with Paypal (pending as it was a trial) so I have protection if I do get charged.

They use predatory practices and they force you to auto-renew I tried to cancel my subscription on my computer by opening driverbooster and I also declined auto-renewal on their website and I'm being charged again and they refuse to give my money back after they refuse to let me cancel the auto-renewal this company will steal your money and the programs are malicious be very careful using anything from iobit their company is a bunch of thieves

ASC Ultimate and ASC has my PC go bonkers. First my complain was on IOBit Start Menu 8 that locks my PC in just Win7 style Menu and cannt get back to modern UI.(a few months back) Then this ASC Ultimate/ASC also made my modern UI Win10 inaccessible again, only stuck in normal screen mode. So I uninstall but still again like in my previous experience still not able to access my Modern Ui and the Windows Store will not run. Lucy that I made an "image" backup while it was still OK so I restored and got everything back to normalbut without the ASC Ultimate/ASC. Looking around for other apps. But honestly the options for ASC is great if you want to risk not being able to access Win Store and Modern UI.
