I think I am pretty good at interviewing, but finding myself unexpectedly out of work I needed any edge I could get. The tips here are great for people just starting out, however I found a lot of helpful tools as well - for older workers and for following up. The best part of this program is the tips that come to your email and the support you receive whenever you have a question or need help or suggestions, they are always available and are very responsive. Kathleen was very helpful and encouraging to me - I thought I was not going to get a particular job that I was offered to interview for because the jobs I did not get were not as good as this one and she encouraged me to go for it. I did get it!... I would recommend this sight as it is not very expensive for the support you get and interviewing can be stressful and they help make it less stressful with their great advice!

It is my pleasure to be able to speak on the Interview Success Formula program. I am excited to say that even after having just a short window to get ready for my interview, this program is so well structured and resourceful that I was able to quickly prepare and I was hired for the job last Friday. As a matter of fact, the interviewing company said that they've been looking to fill this position since September and I was their best candidate thus far. Not only were they happy with me, but I was also very happy with them. The interview by far was NOT easy! It was a panel interview with about 4 pages FULL of detailed questions. However, I stayed focused and and remained consistent with my responses, alternating them slightly for different questions. They were pleased with my responses and the fact that I had researched information on their organization. Likewise, they were also happy about my follow-up questions.
I must say that after going on numerous interviews and walking out feeling discouraged so many times, I left this specific interview feeling so confident and successful that I cried in my car. The various subjects presented both by Alan and Lisa Rangel have been helpful. I look forward to possibly receiving some feedback on my resume which is in the process of being consolidated by another entity. It is more apt to be accomplishments but not in terms of percentages, etc. As a staff nurse in the past, it is difficult to quantify accomplishments in terms of increases in this or that when working for a large entity.

I look forward to some feedback from either Alan or Lisa when my consolidated resume has been forwarded to me.

Your Interview Success Formula was the first program I studied a couple of months ago when I started applying for new jobs. I also rewrote my LinkedIn profile and my CV, wrote a resume and a valugraphic and created my professional website. I landed 2 new Consulting assignments but I was also applying for full time permanent positions and will be progressing one of those. I have a young family and need the security of a permanent position. Thank you for helping me to achieve my goal!

I downloaded the interview success formula and followed the steps. It pointed out why interviews fail,. 1- need to articulate. 2-- don' be nervous and 3 - be prepared. Then I went though the info on "how to build" in the interview. AND THEN NAIL IT! I FOLLOWED THOSE STEPS AND IT WORKED. I EVEN GOT MORE MONEY THAN I ASKED FOR. So it was quite a win. A good paying job, plus more than I asked for. And then I find out the company gives a bonus. It was well worth the 100 dollars I paid. I highly recommend this. Another reason I bought this was for "support", I have little support in my live and I hate to bog friends down, and my immediate family has their own issues. So to get the support is very important. Thank you. I am grateful!

Last week I had my first job interview in years and I was pretty nervous because I haven't had many in my life at all.
I had a look at the internet for some tips and came across your website.
I decided to download the program and after a read through I felt more confident straight away.
Of course I answered all the questions and my personal assessment report was pretty spot on and helped me a lot.
To cut a long story short, today I received a phone call that I was successful! I'm so happy!

I'm a transportation engineer (i. E., always chasing work); unfortunately, the Governor of Maryland put a stop work order on a major transit project. Needless to say, I was laid off with 2 weeks severance at the end of July 2015.

I had been looking for a job prior to this point but never got past first phone interview. I bought your Interview Success Formula & immediately implemented it in both my job search & subsequent video intervews. I had set up 3 video interviews prior to first week of August.

I received the job offer I wanted on 08/06/15 & accepted on 08/13/15 after subsequent video interviews.

Even though I was not working, I still went downstairs to our apartment building's computer lab everyday & worked at least 4 to 6 hours looking for jobs and networking. Your system was, at first, overwhelming but provided direction to take away the fear & dread. As a result, I had several 2nd interviews and subsequent offer.
