Complete scam- Do not give them your payment details whatever you do! It's a really poor company that relies on scamming people out of their money, with ZERO customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I use to like it alot and used it for many years. However, recently the App had lots of issues! And then they froze my account because of a payment they claim it didnt go through and when I wanted to repay it, their App had issues so many that I wasnt able to even see how much I should pay nor the payment button for monthssss.

I contacted them several times through emails and they were just very rude for no reason! And till this day they never solved my issue. Now their App is working however they want me to pay for almost the whole past year which I didnt even have access to because of their technical issues and rude staff.

Scammers. Don't join this organisation. Like everyone else, they autocharge you without permission and then refuse to refund.

InterNations makes business by exploiting people who are addicted to social media. Many people are nowadays prone to social network addiction due to their mental health issues or loneliness. The company uses this dark side to generate revenues. But the company has no knowledge and understanding of cyberbullying, virtual harassment, and the spread of conspiracy belief through social media. InterNations states that they have the Integrity Team but their Integrity Team and their random volunteer Councils don't have any educated knowledge about cyberbullying, virtual harassment, and conspiracy beliefs. A growing number of InterNations members use the InterNations' virtual events as a source of knowledge but many of such virtual events are just contents created by random Councils/Ambassadors who are poorly educated, and who live in their own confined bubble. Because of this extremely dangerous practice the regular members are being misinformed about important topics related to history, science and religion. Some Councils, especially those from Middle Eastern countries with conflicts such as Iran use InterNations as a platform to spread their conspiracy theories and conspiratorial worldviews. So, the InterNations members who attend their virtual events are more likely to be exposed to various conspiracy theories. In addition, the company's operation is based on "Godfather strategy". As we all know, the Corleone's family has businesses such as olive oil, casinos, bootlegging, entertainment, and prostitution etc. In a similar vein, InterNations is an organized crime. The company micromanages their Councils and members in the same way as the Corleone's family functions in the movie "The Godfather". For example, the Greeks and Italians have their back. The Middle Easterners have their back and the Jewish have their back. So, those Councils from Middle Eastern countries such as Iran, Turkey, and Egypt always create rather unhealthy and petty competitions, hosting virtual events that present petty contents and discussions about whose civilization is the most advanced and whose civilization is the most scientific etc. Then there is a bunch of harassing and obnoxious Indians, who think of themselves as intelligent and well-educated but lack decent mannerism to conduct themselves in a multicultural environment. In a nutshell, InterNations is a group of miserable people who have trouble with making friends, finding dates, or finding companionships. It is an extremely toxic platform, which creates tensions, prejudices, and racism.
