Terrible experience with this brokerage. Frequent technical issues and unhelpful support. When calling for assistance, the automated response always claims a high volume of calls, and the promised callback system doesn't work. Horrific Brokerage. Constant technical issues. When you call for support you always get the canned response"we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls" After several minutes you get a message for a call back press 1 and will not lose your place in line. You never get a call back. I want to share now that i have been successful with my chargeback procedures and i am willing to share everything i learnt through the process to help any victim of this company... They make you think you have control of your funds but in reality they are the ones in charge. Your money is their only interest and they don't care about your withdrawal problems and bad experience you're facing... The customer support is the worst they can't fix a single problem, even though i got withdrawal help and recovered my loss the damage this company caused in my life was sad. Interactivebrokers is a FAKE company. Their customer service is very bad and not sufficient. They will continue to encourage you in the beginning to put in more money into their platform, promising high profits in a short period of time. After making profits, getting it out of the platform is nearly impossible without external assistance. I'm glad i took an early step to contact swiftmksolutionss.com for help, and in few days they got my funds restored successfully from this crooks. They saved me big time

Great low cost broker. Support is limited and difficult to contact sometimes. Trading screen looks outdated but is powerful.

I'm trading on their demo account and their platform is absolutely horrendous. Their technology is outdated and the interface is just not functional for me. The only positive if I were to open an account with IB is their low commission.

Very bad service, no phone answer no emails response, try to find any other broker and save your time and money!
