A structured curriculum with experienced trainers is an added advantage here. The learning experience is smooth and worthy, where the concepts are explained in simple words with used cases. It's a value for money and time to join here. The online classroom shares a lot of information during the discussions among the team from the experience of the trainer and other candidates from different job profiles and experiences.
I never succeeded in connecting the support team over the phone whereas the email support manages to cover the gap, we typically get resolutions within a day. The LMS portal experience also should be improved.
Considering the overall learning experience, customer support issues can be a forgivable one.

2. This field was new for me as I'm from a commerce background and knows nothing about it so was worried but as said by the course advisor NO PREREQUISITE required that is TRUE.
3. Trainer whether in Python, R, Tableau, ML, AI starts from the basics keeping in mind that it is new or knows nothing about it.
4. Proper assistance is provided by the trainer and the support team whether it comes to installing either R or any other tools.

I really appreciate the way how the instructors taught the concepts. The best part which I liked is the hands on training which the instructor gave. I really learnt a lot during my training with Intellipaat. The 24*7 support team is very helpful.
They ripped of money. I thought this organization was going to help me actually study the material for sap finance, ever week there is a new issue. I had such a awful experience also they will not refund your money. I joined the course till now I have not learned a single thing. The instructor keeps changing on you. They claim a different instructor is teaching you but the worst one is still teaching you. Since you attended one class and keep uploading the wrong stuff online meaning the wrong class information. They restarted the course atleast five times. TRUST me stay away!
I had enrolled for Selenium training (instructor led). Recently I completed my training, and now I am certified Selenium professional. The industry projects was really helpful. The course structure was comprehensive and in-depth experience. The instructor was top notch and the way of explaining things were amazing.
