Went and bought a game including the dlc, but i couldn't redeem the code for dlc. Contacted customer service and solved my problem unexpectedly fast. I'll make sure to buy something here again in the future!

The number of games and the discounts provided are great. You can get some fantastic games on there for great prices and on a number of different gaming consoles. The only thing that is a little lacking is on the Switch, but that is more likely due to Nintendo's setup than Instant-Gaming.

Have bought several gift cards off here and have never had a single problem. I was a little confused and skeptical of the whole verification process after buying something for the first time. But that went off without a single problem and I've been using them for almost everything since. 10/10

Brought 2 ps5 £50 vouchers 1 day apart the 1st one was fine and the second one got asked to asked to provide ID which in itself is not an issues but the questions - why are you buying the same product again? Errrm why do you think I am, and then 3 times telling me I used different cards for my purchases when I didn't, I was one question away from asking for the transaction to be cancelled as I wanted to buy a game and instead of a 5min quick purchase it took over 3 hours

I love instant gaming, it has awesome prices! Something that I could see that needs improving is the "ID check". I don't think that people should have to put in some sort of identification every time they buy something, it should be saved for the next time. Also making the process time faster. Some times it could take 5 minutes other it may take over night.

Even one star is too much for you. I bought FIFA 23 from you and it did not work, but you still refused to give me a refund. You are a criminal organization.

I have never encounter a worse customer service for an internet based company. Fraudulently selling keys that do not work and then arguing with the customer and failing to adhere to the consumer rights act. I will ensure I leave a review saying exactly that on all review sites and further I will be using my e-blog with nearly 830K subscribers to say so, it is about time people realise exactly the type of scam company you are running and I will also reach out to my fellow influencers to ensure they are aware and if they choose to also notify their subscribers to your shambolic attempts to flaunt the law!

The purchase process was simple and successful, however the obligation to send a copy of the ID card was a bit cumbersome, I couldn't find where to send it and it took me a while to understand the matter. If it was possible to shorten the process (maybe in the next purchase I won't have to send...?) it would make the next purchases easier for me.

Had a bit of trouble with my first time using my card with having to verify my identify, but overall afterwards it was a great experience.

First off - I really like the part that I got couple of games from here for cheaper than what Steam was quoting me & the difference was pretty significant. But being asked about verification during a purchase & not during account creation is kind of a bummer. I paid for a game & had to wait for couple of hours before I could get verified & get the key. I strongly suggest you guys ask for verification upload during or in the account creation so we can get the game instantly when we pay for it. I know this is a one time thing but it's just a good quality of life to have what I suggested. I also hope my keys don't get revoked cos I have had bad XP with other sellers in the past which pushed me away from key sellers for almost half a decade.
