Way too easy!

Could not find HP910 cartridges anywhere for months. Finally saw a you tube video and thought I would give Ink Products refill kit a try. I was really suprised how easy it was to refill all 4 cartridges. You really need to watch a couple videos and once you see how other people have refilled their cartridges, you are all ready to try it yourself. Took me 45 minutes the first time as I learned what not to do but now takes less than 5 minutes per cartridge. Cleanup takes more time than actual filling and it also is very easy to clean the syringes.

I am a 10 year customer of Ink Products. Saved thousands of dollars over the years in printer ink savings. I print for business, music and educational purposes. I have received only incredible products and support when needed. I know there are others out there, but offer offshore products and support. Ink products is a USA company, and has worked to keep me as a satisfied customer over the years.

Let's see... I ordered an $80 CIS from this company and received it a week later, and when I went to install it, I noticed numerous inconsistencies with the product compared with the video tutorial. For instance, all the hoses were installed backwards. I had to jerryrig it to fit into the printer with the correct hose orientation, only to find out that my printer rejected it entirely, and gave me countless errors. I tried calling a dozen times for troubleshooting, but got no answer, and their voice mail box was full. They even hung up on me mid-ring multiple times. Fed up, I tried writing an email, and I also went ahead and put in a paypal refund dispute. What happened after was I get a call (from I presume the owner, since he had the same voice as in the video tutorial), and I tried to start off as patient, but he immediately called me 1) an idiot 2) ugly? 3) a scam artist. I was willing to remove the dispute with some help and a quick walk through, but the hostility was unreal. He even said the words to me "you're the type of person who thinks nothing is ever your fault, it's always somebody else's fault." Projection much? He must have high blood pressure. I hope he can get the help he needs to relax and make his business succeed. Use www.precisioncolors.com instead.

Send me the wrong ink. The bottles are a completely different color than the correct ink. You have to be blind not see the difference. Complete carelessness. I complained as that ink could have damaged the printer. They got upset with me fro complaining about there poor service. Cartridges do not work consistently. Ink varies and is not even close to original color prints. I am suspicious of IP: where do they get their ink? Cartridges? Chips? I do not do business with them any more. Too wacky, inept, suspicious, poor service.

I received the new chip sets for my WF 3640, installed them and the printer is working great again. Thank you very much, I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer. I can't believe how the printer manufactures do people after buying their products. You do a great service for people. You save me a lot of money in printing expense. Just want to say how much I appreciate you working with me on the phone to figure out the problem. Thanks again,

I recently went back to college and before the semester started I wanted to find a more affordable way to replenish my newly bought printer with ink. My printer had come with starter ink packs but I went ahead and ordered more so I would have it when I needed it.

I had some questions about their product such as the refillable cartridges so I emailed them. I was convinced to buy a refill bundle without the chip resetter because the guy I emailed back and forth with, believe his name was Tom, said the recommended refill kit didnt have a chip resetter and it was easier. I love easy technology so I went for it. I paid around $70 or so for the kit and recieved it with no problems. As time went on I slowly replaced my starter ink cartridges with the refillable ink cartridges I bought. When I got to the last one (yellow) my printer would not read it. I emailed them to ask why it wasn't working when I literally just took it out of the packaging hoping they would tell me how to fix it or worse case scenario replaces just the one cartridge. They told me to try one thing but it didn't work. When I replied it didn't work they sent me a link. The link was to buy a new one from them!

If they truly cared or wanted return customers they could have let me return at least the yellow ink bottle and the yellow ink cartridge to show I had never even used it before that day. See image: Ink in bottle + Ink in cartridge = FULL yellow bottle! Other image is my printer showing a red X indicating and saying that the cartridge cannot be read.

I ordered from this company instead of Amazon because I was trying to support smaller companies and also because they claim to be an all American company. Trying to support the American dream just isn't worth it anymore when companies don't stand behind their product. I will never be ordering anything from them again.

Consider ordering from elsewhere. I found the same products online with warranties for less! This is what I get for paying a little more to assist in helping the little guys.

I ordered 2 ink refill kits for inkjet printers. I ordered from this company because the sales pitch said made in the USA. The online assistance tutorial on using the kits was good. There was one electronic part with one kit that resets the ink cartridge chip back to full. That piece reset 3 chips and then stopped working. After several email and a conversation on the phone a replacement was sent. The replacement was the same as the first. It worked for 3 resets and failed. I spend $20 on new batteries thinking that faulty batteries caused the problem. After replacing the batteries it didn't resolve the problem. At this time I discovered that the refill kit was missing a bottle of ink. The kit ordered was supposed to have 8 bottles and arrived with just 7. I made contact with customer service again and I was told that a new model of chip resetter was due to arrive soon and as soon as it did then one would be sent to me. The piece of garbage resetters come from China and were garbage from the beginning. Another month went by without contact so I sent an email. The response was it just arrived and would be sent the next day together with the missing ink.
1 month later I contacted again by phone and I was told that Tom would call right back. He never called. I sent an email. The response was that if he doesn't have a part to send me then how can he send it. All along I offered to send everything back for a refund. He replied once saying "sure" then I asked if he would refund the full amount and he said no. Time went on and the missing ink was sent. It arrived on 18 December 2015. My order was made on 1 Sept 2015. A $12 refund was made for the chip resetter at the same time so now here I am with 8 bottles of useless ink since I can't reset the chips for the printer to recognize the ink is full. I have the entire email conversation if it will help someone.
